    • A current digital-to-analog converter (DAC) is disclosed. The current DAC includes a current reference circuit coupled between a voltage source terminal and a voltage node, wherein the current reference circuit includes a feedback node. A switchable resistor network is communicably coupled to the feedback node of the current reference circuit via a first feedback network that is adapted to equalize a first voltage across the switchable resistor network voltage with a second voltage between the feedback node and the voltage node. A current mirror includes an output node communicably coupled to the switchable resistor network via a second feedback network that is adapted to equalize an output current that flows from the output node with an input current that flows into the switchable resistor network.

    • There is provided an amplification control circuit that can adjust the amount of current being supplied to an amplifier according to a reference signal set beforehand. An amplification control circuit according to an aspect of the invention may include: a power supply section supplying a DC power set beforehand to at least one amplifier according to a reference signal set beforehand; a current control section detecting a current being supplied from the power supply section according to a ratio set beforehand and controlling the amount of current being supplied to the at least one amplifier from the power supply section; and a current adjustment section adjusting a level of the current being controlled by the current control section in order to increase or decrease the amount of current being supplied to the at least one amplifier from the power supply section.

    • A power amplifier controller circuit controls a power amplifier based upon an amplitude correction signal indicating the amplitude difference between the amplitude of the input signal and an attenuated amplitude of the output signal. The power amplifier controller circuit comprises an amplitude control loop and a phase control loop. The amplitude control loop adjusts the supply voltage to the power amplifier based upon the amplitude correction signal. The amplitude correction signal may also be split into two or more signals with different frequency ranges and provided respectively to different types of power supplies with different efficiencies to generate the adjusted supply voltage to the power amplifier. The phase control loop adjusts the phase of the input signal based upon a phase error signal indicating a phase difference between phases of the input signal and the output signal to reduce phase distortion generated by the power amplifier.

    • A full-wave rectifier circuit receives complementary signals and produces a current corresponding to an added value of differential signals at different levels. A voltage comparator performs a comparison between output signals produced and subjected to current addition and voltage conversion by the full-wave rectifier circuit. A signal detecting circuit that can accurately identify a state of digital signals of a minute amplitude transferred through a pair of complementary signal lines is achieved without complicating manufacturing steps.
