摘要： A diaphragm bottle pump system for dispensing a personal care product includes a bottle, a pump body, and a plurality of valves. The bottle holds the product. Further, the pump body includes a lower pump body and an upper pump body that define a diaphragm chamber therebetween that is acted on by a diaphragm. A first valve allows the product to pass from the bottle to the diaphragm chamber and prevents the product from passing to the bottle from the diaphragm chamber. A second valve allows the product to pass from the diaphragm chamber to an outside of the system and prevents the product from passing to the diaphragm chamber from the outside of the system. Additionally, a third valve allows air to pass from the outside of the system to the bottle and prevents the air from passing to the outside of the system from the bottle.

摘要： Described is a fluid dispensing container having a bottle and fluid withdrawing assembly for liquids, such as liquid cleaners and the like. The bottle has an integral dip tube formed therein, fluidly connecting the inside of the bottle with the top opening of the bottle. A fluid dispensing mechanism, such as a pump or trigger-sprayer, is attached to the top of the bottle to take fluid up through the integral dip tube and dispense the fluid accordingly. The fluid dispensing mechanism may be aligned to allow a direct connection between integral dip tube and the fluid dispensing mechanism. The fluid dispensing mechanism may be attached to the bottle with a snap-fit connection.

摘要： A device for that places a fluid container in fluid communication with a sprayer is disclosed. The device includes a container adapter that allows a dip tube to be attached to the fluid container rather than the sprayer. When the sprayer is removed from the fluid container, the dip tube stays in the fluid container. Refill fluid containers may come with the container adapter and dip tube installed. When the sprayer is attached to the fluid container, the adapter seals against the sprayer allowing fluid to be pumped from the fluid container by the sprayer. A sprayer connector with geometry that matches an inner or outer shape of the adapter is attached to and/or built into the sprayer. The sprayer connector is constructed to allow easy alignment of the sprayer to the fluid container. The sprayer connector and the container adapter also provide a unique attachment geometry to insure only containers with formulae compatible to the sprayer are pumped through the sprayer.

The closure is formed with an upwardly facing inward lead-in chamfer and spaced deep arcuate recesses in the top surface so that the wall between the recesses and the inner diameter is outwardly resilient to permit an attachment flange to stretch the wall outward and permit snap passage of the attachment flange. 摘要： The pumping mechanism is used in a trigger operated fluid dispensing device, e.g. a trigger sprayer, for pumping fluid from a storage container into a discharge end of a body of the dispensing device. The pumping mechanism includes a chamber within the body of the trigger sprayer, a piston received in the cylinder, two flap valves associated with an internal back wall of the chamber, and a manually operated trigger movably connected to the body of the dispensing device and coupled to an outer end of the piston. The flap valves are normally closed and pressure controlled to ensure a quick filling and emptying of the collection chamber.
