    • A gripping device for a handle's distal end that permits a user to insert his/her fingers through one or more adjustable loops that are connected to the tubular assembly embracing the handle. The tubular assembly has between one and four pairs of slots that permit a strap assembly to pass though. One of the ends of the strap assembly is rigidly mounted adjacent to the inner end of the tubular assembly. The distal end of the strap assembly extends outwardly through the outermost slot. Alternatively, the distal end of the strap assembly can extend inwardly towards the body of the racket, adjacent to the inner end of the tubular assembly while the other end of the strap assembly is rigidly mounted outwardly and adjacent to the outermost slot. A locking mechanism keeps the strap assembly in place relative to the slots through which it passes thereby keeping the adjusted dimensions of the finger loops fixed.

    • A golf club grip for attachment to a golf club shaft formed of an upper section having a first outer diameter, an intermediate tapered transitional area and a lower section having a second outer diameter larger than the upper section outer diameter. The upper section accommodates the ring finger and pinky finger of the upper hand. The intermediate tapered transitional section accommodates the middle and index fingers and the thumb of the upper hand. The lower section accommodates the fingers of the lower hand. The structure of the golf club grip promotes better feel and allows a golfer's non-dominant upper hand to obtain a firmer and stronger grip while allowing the dominant lower hand to impart more force to the ball with the golf club.

    • The present invention provides a shaft for a golf club which is constructed such that overlapped joints are formed therein, thus providing effects of increasing the distance that a golf ball is driven, and of preventing the shaft of the golf club from momentarily twisting. To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the shaft of the present invention includes an inner layer (110), which is provided at an innermost position, a middle layer (120), which is laminated around the circumferential outer surface of the inner layer, and an outer layer (130), which is laminated around the circumferential outer surface of the middle layer. The middle layer comprises a plurality of middle layer sheets, which are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the golf shaft such that the middle layer sheets partially overlap each other to form overlapped joints.

    • A golf swing training apparatus is disclosed. The invention includes a harness for use in connection with a bifurcated training apparatus having two operative elements, including an upper grip portion and a lower slide portion, the portions configured to be cooperatively engaged both with a golf club and each other in a defined cooperative manner. When assembled in the preferred truncated frustoconical structure, the lower slide portion is axially slidable along a length of golf club handle to assist the golfer to learn a desired swing position. An upper grip portion is secured about the golf club handle, whereby when the upper grip portion is assembled to the club handle and shaft, and a plurality of fingers of the golfer's left hand overlays a portion of the upper grip portion, those two to three fingers of the left hand substantially engaging and gripping upper grip portion during all stages of the golf swing, whereby the upper grip portion and lower slide portion are brought into full engaged position at about the point of contact of the golf club and the golf ball.

    • A grip for the handle of a golf club having at least a polymerized region with two or more polymers. The first and second polymers cooperate to form a pattern on the top surface of the region. The region may be combined with a substrate to form a sheet. The sheet may be formed into a grip interface having any of a number of shapes including a panel shape. In the case of a panel shaped grip interface, the panel is then attached to an underlisting sleeve to form the grip. The grip reduces impact shock and provides a feeling of tackiness in the manner of a spirally wrapped polyurethane-felt grip while allowing the use of multiple colors being polymerized together. The grip may be easily installed onto a golf club shaft and further accommodates the use of polymers including various different characteristics including level of tackiness or durometer.
