Front end of the barrel is formed with an annular flange for a click hook of a needle holder to hook the flange and locate the needle holder. The needle holder has an inward extending coupling tube formed with multiple axially extending splits. A column section projects from front end of the piston stem will slightly expand the coupling tube. An annular binding groove is formed around the column section. The coupling tube is restricted by the wall of the binding groove to bind and tightly clamp the column section. The click hook thereof is pressed against a conic section of front end of the barrel. At this time, the click hook is converged and the engaging blocks are inlaid into the engaging channels to locate the click hook.

摘要： A safety syringe comprising a casing having a neck and a plunger having a distal portion, a weak portion, and a coupling portion covered by a hollow stopper having a membrane. The plunger is channeled in the casing and is moveable between an extended position and a compressed position. A needle holder, in the neck, contains a distally facing arrowhead and a proximally facing needle. Moving the plunger from an extended position to a compressed position, causes the arrowhead to puncture the membrane and engage the coupling portion. If the plunger is returned to the extended position, the needle is drawn into the casing and the distal portion of the plunger can be removed. If the plunger is re-compressed, the needle encounters a wall in the neck preventing the needle from exiting the casing. The syringe is easy to manufacture and prevents manufacturing burrs from being injected into patients.

When the cap is depressed, the hub and a cannula held thereto are caused to move backward and be stably retained to the neck portion of the barrel in an airtight relation. And when the cap is pulled forward again, it brings the needle sleeve to together separate from the hub to expose the cannula for injection.

The injection handle is moved backward to tail end. The fitting block of the injection handle is separated from the gliding trough of the connection seat. The injection needle stays inside the injection tube to reach the safe injection and recycling.
