摘要： Systems, methods, devices and apparatus for mandibular advancement or retraction via bone anchoring devices are described herein. In various aspects, an apparatus for treating a patient via mandibular advancement or retraction comprises a plurality of anchoring devices positioned in the patient's intraoral cavity. Each of the plurality of anchoring devices can be positioned in bone of the patient's upper jaw or bone of the patient's lower jaw. One or more connecting structures can be removably coupled to and extend between the plurality of anchoring devices in order to displace the lower jaw anteriorly or posteriorly relative to the upper jaw.

摘要： A mandibular fixation device is provided to overcome the low operability of the conventional mandibular fixation device. The mandibular fixation device includes a sleeve, a first screw rod, a second screw rod and two positioning members. The sleeve includes two ends respectively provided with first and second screw holes. The first and second screw holes have opposite spiral directions. The first screw rod has a first threaded portion and a first assembly portion. The first threaded portion is threadedly engaged with the first screw hole, and the first assembly portion is located outside of the sleeve. The second screw rod has a second threaded portion and a second assembly portion. The second threaded portion is threadedly engaged with the second screw hole, and the second assembly portion is located outside of the sleeve. The two positioning members are coupled with the first and second assembly portions, respectively.

摘要： A device for early stabilizing of distracted tissue that includes a first implant, a second implant, a sliding expansion mechanism and a stabilizer. The first implant is capable of being attached to a first tissue region. The second implant is capable of being attached to a second tissue region. The sliding expansion mechanism engages the first implant and the second implant for distracting the first implant away from the second implant to create a distraction space for formation of the distracted tissue. The stabilizer rigidly fixes the first implant and the second implant after disengagement of the sliding expansion mechanism to rigidly stabilize the distracted tissue. The stabilizer includes in whole or in part a biodegradable, bioerodible or bioresorbable material.
