    • An apparatus for conducting pretreatment such as primer coating an adhesive coating surface of a window glass using a robot includes a degreasing device for removing dust and oil adhering to the adhesive coating surface and coating the adhesive coating surface with a degreasing solution; a primer coating device for coating the adhesive coating surface with primer, after that surface has been degreased by the degreasing device; and a primer inspection and determination device for inspecting the primer coated condition provided by the primer coating device to determine whether the coated condition is good or bad. The degreasing device includes a felt member for removing dust and oil adhering to the adhesive coating surface and coating the adhesive coating surface with the degreasing solution; a felt maintaining mechanism for maintaining the felt member; and a felt regenerating device for regenerating the felt member maintained by the felt maintaining mechanisms.

    • Connecting pieces extend outward from the support plate in the opposite directions along a crossline. A flexure body is connected to the connecting pieces. A pad is fixed to the support plate at a position ahead of the crossline. A wiring pattern extends from a pad. The wiring pattern defines a first straight portion extending forward from the flexure body along a first straight line. A second straight portion extends along a second straight line intersecting with the first straight line. A curved portion connects the first straight portion to the second straight portion. The curved portion expands outward from at least one of the first and second straight lines. The support plate merely suffers from a bending at a position ahead of the imaginary crossline even if the solder generates a stress based on its shrinkage. The wiring pattern serves to absorb the stress.

    • A dioxin analyzing method sensitively detecting dioxins is provided. The method includes the first step of obtaining respective specific wavelength spectra of a plurality of dioxin isomers whose concentrations are known, selecting a plurality of specific wavelengths from each of the specific wavelength spectra, and preparing calibration curves, each showing the relationship between the ion signal intensity and the dioxin isomer concentration at any one of the selected specific wavelengths, for all the specific wavelengths selected for each dioxin isomer; the second step of preparing a sensitivity matrix showing the relationship between the ion signal intensities and the dioxin isomer concentrations at the specific wavelengths, from the calibration curves of the dioxin isomers prepared in the first step; and the third step of obtaining a specific wavelength spectrum of a sample to be analyzed, and determining the concentrations of a plurality of dioxin isomers in the sample using the ion signal intensities of the specific wavelength spectrum and the sensitivity matrix prepared in the second step.
