    • In a connector in which a plurality of wire connector terminals are inserted into a connector housing, a first marking is formed at the same position of the wire. Therefore, when a connector terminal is not prefectly inserted into the connector housing, the first marking on the imperfectly inserted terminal is misaligned from the other markings arranged on a parallel line. Further, a second marking is formed on the wire in such a way that the marking distance from the connector terminal increases in incremental steps from one extreme end wire to the other extreme end wire. Therefore, when two connector terminals are not correctly inserted into the connector housing, the second markings on the incorrectly inserted terminals are misaligned from the other markings arranged on an inclined line, thus allowing simple visual inspection of imperfect and incorrect insertions of connector terminals into the connector housing.

    • A connector for electric connection comprises an insulator housing having a plurality of flaps hingedly connected for individual opening and closing movement to a wall of the insulating housing. Each of the flaps has a terminal holding projection thereon which, in a closed position, extends through an opening formed in the wall into one of a plurality of terminal receiving chambers of the housing and holds a terminal inserted in the terminal chamber from being pulled off the housing. A companion insulator housing has a plurality of half insertion detecting projections formed therein corresponding to the flaps of the insulator housing for engaging with the flaps abutted with terminals inserted in the terminal receiving chambers to detect incomplete insertion of the terminals into the terminal receiving chambers. The terminal holding projection may be formed as a pair of flexible arms each having a tapered face and a contiguous chamfered face to facilitate insertion of the terminal holding projection into the opening of the wall of the housing.

The arm portion has a predetermined length, so that by hinge operation of the hinge portion, the cover body covers both the external extraction positive-side fastening portion and the external extraction negative-side fastening portion which are positioned at different heights.

    • A busbar includes a battery connecting portion and a wire connecting portion as a circuit body connecting portion.
