In one embodiment, an electrode for a photoelectric conversion device includes a transparent conductive layer, a metal electrode layer and an intermediate electrode layer. The intermediate electrode layer is interposed between the transparent conductive layer and the metal electrode layer to join the transparent conductive layer and the metal electrode layer.
