摘要： A License Sanction Enforcement System™ technology that includes at least one sensor worn by an individual to be monitored and a data storage unit. The sensor can detect directional angle and acceleration motion. The data storage unit is coupled with the sensor and stores the angle kinematic data detected by the sensor. The device determines whether the individual is operating or has operated a motor vehicle based upon analysis of the angle and acceleration data, and creates a record in the data storage unit of each occurrence that operation of a motor vehicle is detected. Alternatively, the data storage unit may be used to store the raw detection data, which can be transferred to an external data processing device for analysis.

The auxiliary module also includes a cooling unit configured to circulate chilled liquid to and from the imaging element, wherein the chilled liquid absorbs heat produced by the imaging element.

The system may include a holder for holding the syringe; a guide affixed to the holder; a slide for holding a plunger of the syringe, the slide being movably attached to the guide; and a locking mechanism opposite the holder for maintaining a position of the slide. The fluid degasses when the locking mechanism maintains the position of the slide. The system may also include a piercing element adjacent the holder for piercing the syringe. The system and method may also be used for removing fluid from a negative pressure device.
