    • DNA molecule for expressing hairpin RNA, the constructing method and the use thereof are provided. The DNA molecule is a closed single-strand cyclic DNA molecule which is constructed by linking four fragments A, B, C and D as following order: A-C-B-D or A-D-B-C, wherein A is a sense strand or anti-sense strand fragment of the target double-strand DNA; B is the fragment which is reversely complementary to A; C and D are DNA fragments with stem-loop structure and they meet one of the following requirements: 1) the nucleotide sequence of fragment C or D comprises at least one sequence e; 2) the nucleotide sequence of fragment C comprises at least one sequence e, the nucleotide sequence of fragment D comprises at least one sequence f, wherein sequences e and f individually are one strand of different restriction endonuclease recognition sequences. The DNA molecule for expressing hairpin RNA and its constructing method are useful in constructing lhRNA library.

    • The present invention discloses a heat exchanger with microchannel, parallel flow, all-aluminum flat tube welding structure, wherein the heat exchange part of the heat exchanger is formed by flat tubes composed of extruded thin-wall aluminum profiles in parallel arrangement. Compared to existing technology, the present invention has the following advantages: 1. The heat exchange efficiency of refrigerant and the inner wall of flat tubes is increased by 40%, and the flow resistance of the refrigerant in the heat exchanger is reduced by 40%. 2. The heat exchange efficiency of fins on air side is increased by 40%, and the wind resistance of the heat exchanger on air side is reduced by 40%. 3. The heat exchange performance of the entire heat exchanger is improved by 40%. 4. The refrigerant covered is 40% less than that in the conventional technology. 5. All-aluminum structure features longer service life due to no copper-aluminum potential difference when comparing with copper-aluminum structure. The flat tubes adopted by the present invention are provided with the advantages of resistance to high pressure restricted by the existing refrigerant, compact product structure, light unit weight, short process flow, and high manufacturing reliability and relatively low cost. The present invention also discloses the application of the abovementioned heat exchanger.

    • A base station can communicate resource allocation to a wireless mobile station in an uplink map information element. The base station can identify destination mobile stations using a shorthand connection identifier. The base station parses the connection identifier field into a shorthand connection identifier field and an embedded subfield data field. The shorthand connection identifier field can be sized to support a predetermined number of mobile stations. The base station can further parse the embedded subfield field into a number of sub-fields, each communicating a different set of control information. In one embodiment, the base station utilizes the embedded subfield to communicate power, timing, and frequency information to the destination mobile station.
