    • The present invention provides an optimized recombinant flagellin protein and preparation and use thereof. The protein is with a deletion in the hypervariable region, said hypervariable region is the region from 180 to 400 amino acid of the flagellin protein, and the proteins include FliCΔ190-278, FliCΔ220-320 or FliCΔ180-400. The method of preparing said protein, comprising introducing a deletion into the hypervariable region of the flagellin protein. First constructed the flagellin protein recombinant plasmid, and then used it as template to construct the flagellin deletion cloning, and expressed and purified. The present invention also provides the use of the recombinant flagellin protein as adjuvant. The recombinant flagellin protein in present invention decreases the potential risks it may have, and decreases its antigenicity and immunogenicity and the inflammatory response induced by it, through deleting its main areas of immunogenicity and antigen activity.

    • A system and method for efficiently rotating data in a processor for multiple operand sizes. A processor comprises a rotator configured to support multiple operand sizes. The rotator receives a rotate amount and an input operand with a size less than a maximum operand size supported by the processor. The rotator generates a mask with a same size as the received input operand. The mask comprises a number of asserted most-significant bits equal to the rotate amount. The remaining bits in the mask are deasserted. For a given rotation result bit position with an associated asserted mask bit, the rotator selects a value in the input operand at a bit position with a distance from the given result bit position equal to the rotate amount plus a difference between the maximum operand size supported by the processor and the input operand size.

    • The invention relates to a spatial diversity receiving device and an input channel switching method. The device comprises a main control circuit and at least one receiving channel including a RF selective switch, wherein the circuit controls the switch, so as to select one of the plurality of input signals from the plurality of antennae and send that signal to a receiving module. The module comprises a RSSI unit for outputting a RSSI value and sends the value to the circuit. On basis of a real time analysis to the receiving signal, the circuit selects a predetermined occasion to perform a compulsive switching and dynamically selects the antenna with a stronger signal so that the generation of error code due to transient interference may be reduced. The system exhibits an excellent resistance to wireless signal fading, and has a simple structure as well as a low cost and power consumption.
