    • A method for high precision charge pump regulation. The method of one embodiment comprises comparing an output feedback voltage with a reference voltage to determine whether the output feedback voltage is greater than or less than the reference voltage. In response to the comparison, either increasing a frequency for a clock signal if the output feedback voltage is less than the reference voltage, decreasing the frequency for the clock signal if the output feedback voltage is greater than the reference voltage; or disabling the clock signal if the output feedback voltage is much greater than the reference voltage. A pumped voltage is generated in response to changes to the clock signal.

    • A negative charge pump circuit is disclosed. The pump circuit includes several stages, each stage including a switching transistor, a pull up diode, and a pull down diode. The pump circuit also includes a blocking transistor coupled between the gate terminal of the switching transistor and the pull down diode of the third stage. The gate terminal of the blocking transistor is electrically coupled to the source terminal of the switching transistor of the first stage where the first stage provides the output for the negative charge pump circuit. A voltage present at the output of the first stage is delivered to the gate terminal of the switching transistor of the third stage when a positive programming voltage is present at the output of the first stage in order to block the positive programming voltage from shorting to ground through the negative pump circuit. The blocking transistor prevents the voltage applied to the gate of the switching transistor of the third stage from flowing through the pull-down diode of the third stage.

The technical solutions of the present invention can effectively improve the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and the quality of speech in an environment of highly intense noises.

The method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises according to the number of different spacings between each of pairs of microphones of the multi-microphone array, dividing a full frequency band into the same number of sub-bands; decomposing signals of each of the pairs of microphones with the different spacings into a corresponding one of the sub-bands, wherein the larger the spacing between each pair of microphones is, the lower the frequencies of the sub-band into which the signals of the pair of microphones are decomposed will be; adaptively reducing the noises in the decomposed signals of each of the pairs of microphones with the different spacings in the corresponding sub-band to obtain noise-reduced signals for each of the sub-bands; and synthesizing the noise-reduced signals of each of the sub-bands to obtain a signal in which the noises have been reduced with the multi-microphone array in the full frequency band. The embodiments of the present invention can be used in scenarios of hands-free video calls.

    • The present invention provides a panchromatic sharpening method of spectral image based on fusion of overall structural information and spatial detail information, comprising: performing brightness linear stretching on a panchromatic image, so as to set the variance of the panchromatic image to be equal to the variance of said spectral image; respectively interpolating N components of the spectral image so as to generate an interpolation image series having the same resolution as that of the panchromatic image; subtracting the interpolation image series from the panchromatic image after said linear stretching to obtain difference images; performing Gauss filtering on the difference images, thereby obtaining difference tendency images; and, respectively subtracting the difference tendency image series from the panchromatic image after said linear stretching, thus obtaining fused images. The method can maintain both spectral fidelity and texture detail fidelity of the fused images, support high computation speed, and has wide applicability.
