摘要： A plating apparatus can form a plated film having a more uniform thickness over an entire surface of a substrate and can securely fill interconnect recesses with the metal without forming voids in the embedded metal even when the substrate has a high sheet resistance in the surface. The plating apparatus includes a substrate holder for holding a substrate, a cathode portion including a cathode for contact with the substrate held by the substrate holder to feed electricity to the substrate, and an anode, partly or wholly having a high resistance, disposed opposite a surface of the substrate held by the substrate holder, wherein plating of the surface of the substrate is carried out while filling between the anode and the substrate held by the substrate holder with a plating solution.

The plating apparatus includes a plating cell for carrying out electroplating of a surface of a substrate with a space between the surface of the substrate, serving as a cathode, and an insoluble anode filled with a plating solution, a plating solution circulation system for supplying the plating solution to the plating cell and recovering the plating solution in a circulatory manner, and a plating solution component replenishment system for supplying a replenisher solution, containing a component of the plating solution in a higher concentration than that in the plating solution, to the plating solution which circulates in the plating solution circulation system, thereby maintaining the concentration of the component in the plating solution within a predetermined range.

A personal computer 100 manages music contents with an album composed of entities of songs and a play list composed of pointers to entities of songs. When songs are checked out from the personal computer 100 side to a disc drive device 1 side, all songs contained in albums described in a play list are checked out. In addition, the play list is transferred to the disc drive device 1 side. The transferred play list and songs that have been checked out are linked. Thus, the numbers of permissible check-out times for songs become the same in each album. As a result, the transferring operation for music contents can be simplified and a check-out can be performed without destruction of the data structure of music contents.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of producing electronic components such as LED displays and hybrid IC's from a broad supply frame. The frame comprises a parallel pair of elongate side bands, and a plurality of unit circuit boards integrally incorporated in the frame by means of connecting webs and arranged between the pair of side bands at a predetermined interval therealong. Various process steps such as chip bonding and wire bonding are performed with respect to the individual circuit boards while they are still in the frame. In a final step, each unit circuit board or electronic component is separated from the frame. The frame may be provided with an identification pattern to identify the type of unit circuit boards incorporated in the frame.
