摘要： A semiconductor memory device with a mirror function enables two memory devices such as two DRAMs to share the same address and control signals. A pair of semiconductor memory devices are mounted on both sides of a substrate to be symmetrical to each other. A mirror function transfers a first transmission signal and a second transmission signal input on respective pads to any one of a mirror “on” path and a mirror “off” path. The mirror function can vary or reduce path delay differences between the mirror function “on” path and the mirror function “off” path by means of the delay and the mixture of phases in the semiconductor memory device, and reduce skew occurred in the operation of the mirror function.

摘要： Methods of cleaning a processing chamber of semiconductor device fabrication equipment are highly effective in removing polymers produced as a by-product of a fabrication process from surfaces in a processing chamber. The cleaning process uses a plasma etchant produced from cleaning gas including an O-based gas and at least one gas selected from the group consisting of an F-based gas and a Cl-based gas. The polymer is dissolved in-situ using the plasma etchant. Thus, frequency at which PM (preventative maintenance) of the equipment must be performed is minimized, and the method contributes to maximizing the yield and quality of the semiconductor devices.

摘要： Provided are a method and apparatus for controlling printing jobs in a terminal such as a PC connected to an image forming apparatus when a printing job is requested while the image forming apparatus is off-line. The method includes receiving a printing job request from an application program, detecting whether the image forming apparatus is off-line in response to the printing job request, indicating that the image forming apparatus is off-line and receiving a selection of whether to perform or cancel the requested printing job from a user when the image forming apparatus is off-line, and storing image data of the requested printing job in a memory when the user selects performing the requested print job. A user is asked whether to continue to perform the requested printing job when the image forming apparatus is off-line and the user can select a printing job to be performed among printing jobs temporarily stored in a memory when the status of the image forming apparatus converts from off-line to on-line.
