    • A collapsible cabinet includes a front frame, two side panels, a rear panel, a bottom panel, at least one inner panel and a top panel. The front frame has multiple mounting blocks and multiple fastening pins. The rear panel has multiple mounting blocks and multiple fastening pins. The side panels are connected to the front frame and the rear panel with multiple connecting buckles. The bottom panel is mounted on the mounting blocks and is positioned with multiple mounting pins. The at least one inner panel is mounted on the bottom panel and has multiple fastening pins. The top panel engages the fastening pins of the front frame, the rear panel and the at least one inner panel. Thus, the collapsible cabinet can be assembled and detached easily without tools and does not be damaged after repeatedly assembling and detaching. Transporting and storing costs are also lowered.

    • A digital picture frame having a scanning function comprises a digital picture frame, a scanning module, and a universal supporting member, wherein the universal supporting member further comprises a fixing seat, a ball, a friction unit and a support. The fixing seat is a spherical cavity formed in the digital picture frame for receiving the ball therein. The ball has a through hole penetrating a center of the ball. The friction unit is provided between the fixing seat and the ball. The support has a connecting portion at an end thereof which keeps a predetermined included angle with the support, wherein the connecting portion is connected to the through hole of the ball via an opening formed on a back panel of the digital picture frame, and the friction unit generates a predetermined frictional resistance between the fixing seat and the ball connected with the support, so that the support can change a supporting angle between the support and the digital picture frame, thereby changing a viewing angle of the digital picture frame. Moreover, the scanning module can be used to scan a picture and generate a digital image thereof for display on a display module.

    • A method for controlling an ADI-AEI CD difference ratio of openings having different sizes is described. The openings are formed through a silicon-containing material layer, an etching resistive layer and a target material layer in turn. Before the opening etching steps, at least one of the opening patterns in the photoresist mask is altered in size through photoresist trimming or deposition of a substantially conformal polymer layer. A first etching step forming thicker polymer on the sidewall of the wider opening pattern is performed to form a patterned Si-containing material layer. A second etching step is performed to remove exposed portions of the etching resistive layer and the target material layer. At least one parameter among the parameters of the photoresist trimming or polymer layer deposition step and the etching parameters of the first etching step is controlled to obtain a predetermined ADI-AEI CD difference ratio.
