    • Provided are an organic light emitting display device which can be simultaneously used as a mirror and a display screen in an external display device such as a mobile phone, and a manufacturing method for the organic light emitting display device. In one embodiment, an organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate and first transistors formed on the first substrate. A first organic light emitting diode is electrically connected to each of the first transistors. A second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. Second organic light emitting diodes are formed on the second substrate. In the organic light emitting display device, a cathode electrode of each of the second organic light emitting diodes is formed of a reflective material.

    • An organic light emitting display device, which may maximize aperture ratio of a pixel while also reducing the perception of a dark spot when a sub-pixel is partially short-circuited. The organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels having sub-pixels. Some of the sub-pixels may have a thin organic emission layer which makes them likely to short-circuit across the thin organic emission layer. These sub-pixels are formed as divided sub-pixels including at least two drive transistors and operate such that even if one part of the divided sub-pixel has a short circuit, the other part will continue to emit light. Accordingly, while luminance is reduced as a result of short circuiting, a completely dark spot will not appear in the place of the pixel including the short circuit.

    • An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is provided. The OLED display includes: a substrate member; an OLED that includes a pixel electrode that is formed on the substrate member, an organic light emitting layer that is formed on the pixel electrode, and a transflective common electrode that is formed on the organic light emitting layer; an encapsulation thin film that is formed on the transflective common electrode; and a touch panel that includes a first touch conductive layer that is formed on the encapsulation thin film and that is formed with a transflective metal film, a glass substrate that is formed on the first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer that is formed on the glass substrate. In some embodiments, the transflective common electrode has reflectivity of less than 50%. Some of the external light is thus reflected again to the first touch conductive layer and back to the transflective common electrode and so on. During this cycling, destructive interference occurs and the cycled light eventually dissipates. Thus, unwanted reflected light is suppressed.
