    • Rearview assemblies for a vehicle are provided. The rearview assembly includes a housing coupled to a mounting structure that is configured to be mounted in a vehicle. The housing includes a rearward viewing means, and also includes a lamp subassembly. The lamp subassembly includes a single white LED device mounted to a substrate, and also includes an optical assembly with secondary optics for reflecting and refracting light emitted from the LED such that the emitted light forms two separate pools of light external to the rearview assembly. In an alternate embodiment, the lamp subassembly is included in a mounting structure for a vehicle rearview assembly. In still another embodiment, a vehicle optical accessory is provided, in which the vehicle optical accessory has one LED that provides two separate pools of light external to the vehicle optical accessory.

The evacuation appliance further includes a notification device having at least one notification member, with the notification device being configured to be connected to the mounting plate to electronically connect the terminal clip to the at least one notification member to power the at least one notification member. The mounting plate and the notification device comprise an accessible testing system, such that when the mounting plate and the notification device are connected, the notification device can be measured using the accessible testing system to determine if the notification device is properly receiving power from the terminal clip without disconnecting the notification device from the mounting plate.

    • A wind-driven power source comprises a propeller-driven rotor structure and a stator structure carrying clusters of copper-wire wound ferromagnetic cores as voltage generators. The cores are arranged in pairs spaced apart by hard rubber rollers which engage the inside surface of a load ring forming part of the rotor structure. The overall rotor structure comprises the large diameter load ring, a smaller diameter root ring and a plurality of aerodynamic blades extending radially outwardly from the root ring and secured either by saddle blocks or integral bonding to the load ring. The load ring may be aluminum or plastic. Permanent magnets are arranged around the load ring to interact with the voltage generator structures to produce three-phase electricity.

A group of pivot joints (201, 203, 205, 207) are located at an upper section of the root-containment structure for separating the root-containment structure into half sections. In practice, the group of pivot joints can be opened during tree transplantation for providing removal of a root ball from the wrapping apparatus by opening the sections at the group of pivot joints for easily facilitating removal of the wrapping apparatus (100) from within a transplantation hole.
