摘要： A temperature control system for providing an automatic reduction in the temperature of a room or a house during the nighttime hours which requires only the conventional two conductor wiring between the furnace and the thermostat thereby avoiding the necessity of adding to or replacing the existing wiring between the furnace and the thermostat. The system includes a temperature responsive element, a heater near the temperature responsive element for providing supplemental heating of the element, a conventional furnace control, a clock-operated current control for the heater, and a diode steering circuit for directing one portion of an alternating current waveform through the heater current control and the heater, and another portion of the alternating current waveform through the temperature responsive element and the furnace control for providing independent control of the heater and the furnace control. The heater provides supplementary heating of the temperature responsive element during the nighttime hours to establish an apparent room temperature which is higher than the actual room temperature so that the thermostat element will lower the room temperature during the nighttime hours.

The system includes a refrigeration unit comprising a motor-driven compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and expansion means. The motor includes a run winding and a start or auxiliary winding connected in parallel. A run capacitor is connected in series with the auxiliary winding of the motor. A positive temperature coefficient thermistor is connected in parallel with the run capacitor. The flow of current to the auxiliary winding passes through both the positive temperature coefficient thermistor and capacitor upon starting and passes through substantially only the capacitor during normal running conditions.

摘要： A system for an aircraft includes a first fluid circuit extending from a first end to a second end, and a network comprising a plurality of networked heater assemblies disposed along the first fluid circuit between the first end and the second end. Each of the networked heater assemblies includes at least one temperature sensor, a heater element, and a local controller. The at least one temperature sensor is in communication with the first fluid circuit for periodically measuring a temperature in the first fluid circuit and generating a corresponding local temperature signal. The heater assembly selectively applies heat to the first fluid circuit based on the local temperature signal or another temperature signal on the network. After the target indoor temperature is corrected by using the temperature correction amount in the room controller, when the operation capacity of the compressor controlled by the operation control unit is smaller than or equal to a preset operation capacity, the correction amount setting unit resets the temperature correction amount to be decreased by an adjustment amount.
