摘要： The present disclosure relates to a micro magnetic-hydraulic suspension centrifugal blood pump, which is a pump and motor integrated device. The blood pump includes a pump housing, a rotor, an impeller, a servo motor, an inner magnetic core group, an outer magnetic ring group, a limiting device, and a suture snap ring device; the rotor and the impeller are seamlessly connected into a whole; the rotor is arranged in an inner pipe of the blood pump; the servo motor drives the rotor to drive the impeller to do work; the inner magnetic core group is arranged at a lower end inside the rotor; the outer magnetic ring group and a wrapping sleeve are upright in a pump cavity lower shell; an inner and outer magnetic combination can achieve a radial magnetic suspension effect of the impeller; a ceramic sheet and a ceramic cone form a temporary limiting bearing; a top end of a vane of the impeller is provided with an inclined surface; and the pump can generate hydraulic suspension during working. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the rotor impeller can work in a steady suspended state, which overcomes the friction effect of a mechanical bearing; the structures in the pump are simple and fluent, which can greatly reduce hemolysis and thromboembolic complications; the blood pump has a small volume and light weight, so that the invasiveness of operation is low, and the safety and the practicability can be improved.

The outer shell is interconnected to the inner shell such that the inner shell is movable relative to the outer shell to enable the inlet and outlet of a selected one of the first and second pumps to be aligned with the pair of openings in the outer shell to place the selected one of the first and second pumps in an operational condition while the other of the first and second pumps is positioned in an inoperative condition.

摘要： An extracorporeal system for lung assist includes a housing having a blood flow inlet in fluid connection with a pressurizing stator compartment within the housing. A fiber bundle compartment within the housing is above and in fluid connection with the pressurizing stator compartment via a flow channel formed within the housing and extending from the pressurizing stator compartment to an inlet manifold of the fiber bundle compartment. A blood flow outlet in is fluid connection with an outlet man fold of the fiber bundle compartment. The blood flow inlet extends through the housing parallel to a plane of rotation of an impeller in the pressurizing stator compartment. The blood flow inlet turns to deliver blood into a central portion of the impeller. A has inlet is in fluid connection with the housing and in fluid connection with inlets of the plurality of hollow gas permeable fibers of a cylindrical fiber bundle positioned within the fiber bundle compartment. 摘要： A model of flow through a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) can be used for preoperative planning of implantation of the LVAD into a patient and/or optimization of the LVAD after implantation into the patient are described. At least one imaging data set related to a patient and at least one physiological data set related to the patient can be received. An ideal parameter related to the LVAD can be determined based on the at least one imaging data set related to the patient, the at least one physiological data set related to the patient using a model of circulation in a large spatial region of the patient's body and a three-dimensional anatomical model of at least one component of the region of the patient's body and at least one component of the LVAD. Flow patterns within the three-dimensional anatomical model are calculated using computational fluid dynamics.

摘要： A blood pump comprises a pump casing having a blood flow inlet and a blood flow outlet, and an impeller arranged in said pump casing and rotatably supported in the pump casing by a bearing so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation. The impeller has blades for conveying blood from the blood flow inlet to the blood flow outlet. The bearing comprises at least one stationary bearing portion coupled to the pump casing and having a stationary bearing surface that faces radially outwards. The bearing further comprises a rotating bearing surface interacting with the stationary bearing surface to form the bearing, wherein the rotating bearing surface faces radially inwards and is formed on an exposed radially inner edge of the blades. The blades are designed to draw blood deposit on the stationary bearing surface in a radially outward direction.

摘要： A blood pump system includes a pump housing and an impeller for rotating in a pump chamber within the housing. The impeller has a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The system includes a stator having drive coils for applying a torque to the impeller and at least one bearing mechanism for suspending the impeller within the pump chamber. The system includes a position control mechanism for moving the impeller in an axial direction within the pump chamber to adjust a size of a first gap and a size of a second gap, thereby controlling a washout rate at each of the first gap and the second gap. The first gap is defined by a distance between the first side and the housing and the second gap is defined by a distance between the second side and the pump housing.

摘要： The invention generally relates to heart pump systems. In some embodiments, a pressure sensor is provided with a heart pump, either at the inflow or the outflow of the blood pump. The heart pump may further include a flow estimator based on a rotor drive current signal delivered to the rotor. Based on the rotor drive current signal, a differential pressure across the pump may be calculated. The differential pressure in combination with the pressure measurements from the pressure sensor may be used to calculate pressure on the opposite side of the pump from the pressure sensor. In some embodiments, the pressure sensor is located at the outflow of the pump and the pump is coupled with the left ventricle. The differential pressure and pressure measurement may be used to calculate a left ventricular pressure waveform of the patient. With such a measurement, other physiological parameters may be derived.

摘要： Systems and related methods for supplying power to an implantable blood pump are provided. A system includes a base module and a plurality of energy storage devices. A first energy storage device is operatively coupled to the base module. A second energy storage device is operatively coupled to the first modular energy storage device. The energy storage devices are mechanically coupled in series, electrically coupled in parallel, and configured to provide redundant sources of power to drive an implantable blood pump.
