摘要： A device for locking a boat seat bracket to a seat support beam in a boat. A conventional bracket has a base and a pair of long U-shaped clamping members formed of parallel rods threaded on their ends and slidable in opposite directions through the base. In the new device, nuts on the parallel rods of one member are prevented from turning by nut capturing means on a first lock bar that fits over the rods before the nuts are installed. A clamp bar is fitted over the parallel rods on the other clamping member and it has the bolt of a lock projecting from it. A second lock bar with nut capturing means is slid onto the last named rods and also over the lock bolt. The body of a key operated lock is slid onto the lock bolt to hold the second lock bar in place.

摘要： In an attachment fitting for cylinder locks (3, 3') the heads (4a) of a plurality of screws (4) are seated in a widened hole portion (5a) in the lock. A plugging or latching element (6) is arranged to co-act with a sealing pin (7) in a manner such that when the plug (3a) of the cylinder lock (3) is turned to a given position by means of a key, the sealing pin (7) moves inwardly in a peripheral hole (9) arranged in the plug, against the action of a spring (10). This enables the plugging or latching element (6) to be removed. Because of the presence of the plugging or latching element (6), however, the screw heads (4a) cannot be reached in order to loosen the screws by persons not having the correct key to the cylinder lock. The screws connect the cylinder lock (3) to a further cylinder lock (3') on the other side of the door.

摘要： A fixing device used for a distributor which includes a cylindrical portion, through which a driving shaft is pierced, and a flange for fastening the distributor to the engine with a bolt. The fixing device consists mainly of a pair of container-like covers to be faced to each other with an opening portion thereof for being fitted, one into the other, to untouchably cover the head of the fastening bolt. Both are provided with a bottom plate and a side wall and one of the covers is further provided with a through-hole in the center of the bottom plate for being pierced by the fastening bolt. Both covers are further given necessary dimension to be mutually fitted, one into the other, and accommodate the head of the bolt in the enveloped space between the both covers. Either one cover is provided with engaging tongues for engaging with engaging portion(s) formed in the side wall of the other cover. A rigid combination of both covers made in this way into an integral body can not be released easily by users, with a result of preventing an easy re-adjustment of the phase relation in the distributor. This difficulty of releasing the combination of the covers is the purpose of this invention.

A U shaped padlock eye attaches to the base of the surfboard fin by means of the retaining screw which retains the surfboard fin in the fin holder. A locking bracket is placed over and locked to the padlock eye with a padlock together with the ends of a flexible member which connects the surfboard to a fixed object. When locked in place, the locking bracket prevents the unauthorized removal of the padlock eye from the surfboard by preventing access to the surfboard fin retaining screw and by preventing the rotation of the padlock eye and surfboard fin retaining screw.
