摘要： Provided is a fuel supply pump capable of improving welding quality while securing a function of a valve body. A fuel supply pump of the present invention includes a regulating member (discharge valve stopper 84) that guides movement of a valve body (discharge valve 82), a main body portion (body 1) provided with a valve chamber (discharge valve chamber 1d) that houses the regulating member, a sealing member (plug 85) that seals the valve chamber, and a welded portion (welded portion 86) that fixes the sealing member to the main body portion. An annular space portion (annular space portion 60) along an outer periphery of the regulating member is formed between the welded portion and the regulating member. The regulating member includes a positioning portion (fitting portion 84a) for positioning with respect to the main body portion on a side opposite to the sealing member, and a gap forming portion (gap forming portion 84c) forming an annular gap (annular gap 63) between the gap forming portion and the main body portion, and the annular gap allows a space on a side of the positioning portion in the valve chamber and the annular space portion to communicate with each other.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a high-pressure fuel pump. The high-pressure fuel pump includes a housing including a chamber provided to compress fuel supplied thereinto, an inlet flow passage that communicates with the chamber to draw fuel into the chamber through the inlet flow passage, and a discharge flow passage that communicates with the chamber to discharge the fuel out of the chamber through the discharge flow passage. The high-pressure fuel pump further includes a piston disposed in the housing and configured to linearly reciprocate to compress the fuel supplied into the chamber; and a discharge valve disposed in the discharge flow passage of the housing and configured to open when a pressure of fuel stored in the chamber is equal to or greater than a first pressure, the discharge valve including an open-and-close member that makes line contact with an inlet of the discharge valve to close the inlet.

摘要： A method of servicing a pressure relief valve system for a fluid injection system is provided. The method includes providing a skid, with the skid having a frame that supports a horizontal I-beam overhead. The method also includes providing a pressure relieve valve (“PRV”) system supported by a platform of the skid. The PRV system comprises one or more pressure transducers configured to sense fluid pressure within the fluid injection system. The transducers then generate electrical signals representative of fluid pressure readings within the fluid injection system in real time. Signals are received by a controller which compares pressure readings with a stored pressure threshold. An actuation signal is sent upon detecting a signal representative of a pressure that exceeds the stored pressure threshold, causing an electraulically-actuated valve to rotatably move to an open position. Plug valves may be quickly removed for service using a hoist system supported by the skid.

摘要： A valve seat has an inner passage and outer passages. A suction valve member has first passages and a first projection portion that guides, to the first passages, the fuel that flows from a pressure chamber at the time of valve opening. Therefore, an action force by the dynamic pressure applied to the suction valve member in the valve closing direction is reduced. An action force by the pressure of fuel that flows into pressure equalization grooves counterbalances the action force by the dynamic pressure of the suction valve member. Therefore, self-closing by the dynamic pressure can be inhibited, and the maximum output of an electromagnetic driving unit can be reduced. Fuel flows through a passage radially outside the suction valve member and the first passages. A fluid passage area is securable even when a lift amount of the suction valve member is small.

A support portion includes a support main body that slidably supports an outer wall of the relief valve main body so as to guide a reciprocating movement of the relief valve member in the axial direction.

摘要： A high pressure pump for complex injection engines is provided. A body of the high pressure pump includes a first flow path that transports the low pressure fuel flowing in through the low pressure fuel inlet and a low pressure fuel storage chamber that is disposed in a lower portion of the body to store the low pressure fuel transported from the first flow path. A second flow path transports the low pressure fuel stored in the low pressure fuel storage chamber and a flow control valve is disposed over the low pressure fuel storage chamber to discharge the low pressure fuel, transported through the second flow path, to the pressure unit or the damper disposed in an upper portion of the body based on an opening or closing operation. A low pressure fuel outlet discharges the low pressure fuel, transported through the damper, to a low pressure fuel rail.

摘要： Systems and methods are provided for a high-pressure fuel pump to mitigate audible ticking noise associated with opening and closing of a digital inlet valve of the high-pressure pump. To reduce the ticking noise associated with the high-pressure pump when the engine is idling, a solution is needed that is simple and does not involve retrofitting the fuel system with noise, vibration, and harshness countermeasures to mask the noise. Pressure devices and associated operation methods are provided that involve adding a combination of several check valves, an accumulator, and a flow control valve with weep channels to allow the digital inlet valve to be deactivated during engine idling as defined by a threshold engine speed.

摘要： A fuel pump including a low pressure infeed leading to a pumping chamber, a pumping plunger for pressurizing fuel in the pumping chamber, an outlet valve for delivering pressurized fuel from the pumping chamber to a high pressure outlet line during pumping, and an overpressure relief valve connected between the high pressure outlet line and the pumping chamber. A ball type relief valve element is spring biased to close against the relief valve seat. The spring is in a spring chamber that is fluidly isolated from the pumping chamber while the valve element is closed, preferably in direct hydraulic communication with the low pressure infeed, thereby reducing dead volume during normal pumping. The spring can act on the valve element through a piston, and in an alternative embodiment, the piston can provide a spill path from the pumping chamber to the low pressure infeed.
