    • A cutting body for a metal-working machine tool includes a cutting portion extending from a body portion. The body portion is configured to fine-tune the position of the cutting portion. The body portion includes an inner sub-portion and an outer sub-portion disposed between the inner sub-portion and the cutting portion. The outer sub-portion includes adjacent first and second sections. The first section is configured to elastically bend, extends between the inner sub-portion and the cutting portion, and comprises a face adjacent the second section. The second section includes a biasing surface and a biasing sub-portion configured to hold a biasing member. When the biasing sub-portion is moved due to biasing of the biasing member against the biasing surface, the first section is configured to bend and thereby change position of the cutting portion extending therefrom and allow fine-tuning thereof.

    • A cutting insert for use in a chipforming material removal operation that includes a cutting insert body, which has a seating surface, a flank face, and a corner cutting region at the intersection of a peripheral edge and the flank adjacent corresponding corners thereof. The cutting insert body contains a central aperture. The seating surface contains a coolant delivery trough, which has a radial orientation toward a corresponding corner cutting region.     • The invention relates to a milling head for milling chamfers, especially for a mobile chamfer miller, comprising successive seats for blanking dies, said seats having a position in which the blanking dies with a leading edge angle of between 40 and 75° operate respectively on average with a positive effective cutting angle of at least 6° and a clearance angle of at least 6°, and are provided for a border comprising blanking dies with a staggered arrangement of the cutting edges, such that respectively only one cutting edge length of 15 mm, preferably 12 mm, at the most, is active. Said measures increase the cutting performance of the milling head. The reduced cutting edge length can be formed on a long blanking die instead of using a shorter blanking die, in such a way that the cutting edge is interrupted by cavities or other e.g. flat triangular recesses on the surface of the blanking die. The staggered arrangement is then comparatively small.
