摘要： Process for producing low-molecular olefins by pyrolysis of hydrocarbons comprising mixing of feedstock with steam-diluent, preheating the resulting mixture, rapid heating the said mixture up to pyrolysis temperature and maintaining this temperature inside reactor during residence time, quenching product stream and subsequent fractionation of products. The reactor has an annular work cavity where stationary blades and rotatable work blades are located. A ring vortex flow is created and maintained in the work cavity when the work blades are rotated. A heat needed for pyrolysis is generated due to hydrodynamic drag of rotated work blades. Heating the mixture up to pyrolysis temperature is performed by mixing with hot process stream recirculated in the work cavity for a negligible time in comparison with the residence time. The process enables increase of the low-molecular olefins yield.

摘要： A description is given here of a novel process for the production of monocarboxylic and polycarboxylic aromatic acids by the catalytic oxidation in homogeneous phase of aromatic compounds carrying at least one oxidizable substituent group attached directly to the carbon atom of the corresponding aromatic nucleus. The novel process according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a) catalytically oxidizing the corresponding aromatic precursors in liquid phase in the presence of gaseous oxygen; b) filtering the end product; c) recycling into the oxidation reactor at least part of the mother liquors resulting from the filtration stage, and is characterized by the fact that said steps from (a) to (c) are carried out in a closed and continuous cycle operating substantially under the same pressure and temperature conditions, preferably at 2-10 barg and 100-140° C.

摘要： A process for carrying out a reaction on an organic feed, for example dimerization, co-dimerization, oligomerization or metathesis of olefins, as described in which the catalyst is a catalytic metal compound dissolved in a non-aqueous ionic medium which is not or is only slightly miscible with hydrocarbons. The reaction is carried out in a system comprising at least two treatment loops each comprising at least one reaction zone and at least one zone for separating the organic and polar phases between which the polar medium containing the catalytic metal compound, and the organic phase circulate. Fresh polar phase is injected into the second loop and used polar phase is eliminated from the first loop. The hydrocarbon to be transformed is injected into the first loop and the products are withdrawn from the second loop. The invention also concerns a unit for carrying out the process.
