摘要： An adjustable annuloplasty ring includes a body in the form of an endless loop having an internal lumen therethrough, an adjustment suture extending through at least a portion of the internal lumen, a first portion of the suture exiting the lumen through a first opening in the body and a second portion of the suture exiting the lumen through a second opening in the body, and a first adjustment marker on the first portion of the suture outside of the body. The suture may be adapted to reduce the length of the body around the loop when tightened.

The apparatus may also include a processing circuit configured to determine an impedance value of bone cement contained within the cartridge based on the sensor signal. The processing circuit may activate a visual indicator based on the impedance value to indicate that the dough time, the end-of-work time, and/or setting-time of bone cement contained in the cartridge has been reached.

A method of removing an inflated implant from an anatomical structure can include any of a number of different steps. A removal device can be placed within the anatomical structure. The implant is located within the anatomical structure. After it is located, the implant can be engaged by arms of the removal device. A portion of a surface of the implant can be compromised such that an inflation substance within the implant can escape. The inflation substance can be removed out of the implant through a deflation tube in at least one of the arms used to engage the implant. The implant can then be removed from the anatomical structure.
