    • An automatic toilet seat cleaning and drying system having a housing assembly, an electrical system, a liquid matter system, at least one turbine assembly comprising an outlet, and a manifold mounting frame assembly. Extending from the manifold mounting frame assembly is a base assembly. A toilet seat assembly is mounted to the manifold mounting frame assembly. A manifold assembly is mounted to the manifold mounting frame assembly, and a cover assembly is mounted onto the manifold assembly. When the liquid matter system is activated, liquid matter is delivered through nozzle lines and nozzles with a predetermined pressure onto the toilet seat assembly to clean and disinfect. When the at least one turbine assembly is activated, air flowing from the at least one turbine assembly is directed through the manifold assembly with a predetermined pressure to displace, and/or dry the toilet seat assembly.

    • In combination with a toilet, the invention provides a device for disinfecting a toilet bowl. The device includes a light source, a powering unit and a switch. The light source may be configured to emit an ultraviolet beam of light. The light source may be mounted on or within a surface of a toilet seat lid so that the ultraviolet beam of light is directed into a cavity of the toilet bowl when the toilet seat lid is disposed in a generally horizontal closed position for covering an opening of the toilet bowl. The switch may be operatively coupled between the light source and the powering unit to selectively activate and deactivate said light source.

A ceramic heater having a pattern watt density of 50 W/cm2 and above, and a surface watt density of 25 W/cm2 and above has a short start-up time and excellent temperature rise characteristics. Further, the thickness of a core is reduced to between 0.5 mm and 1.9 mm (circular tube thickness is between 1 mm and 2.4 mm), which enables efficient transfer of heat from the ceramic heater to water flowing in the circular tube. Accordingly, a gap between a heat exchanger and the ceramic heater is not necessarily narrowed, such that air bubbles are not likely trapped and breakage of the ceramic heater by thermal shock can be suppressed.

    • The invention presents a reversible (two sided) toilet seat with a sanitary system. The toilet seat, placed on top of a washing chamber, has two sides and, in the lifted position, can be rotated to allow use and washing of each side. The washing chamber is equipped with washing nozzles supplying washing fluid and a dryer/blower supplying drying air. After each use, the seat can be is lifted, rotated and placed back with the washed surface in seating position on the washing chamber and the used surface in the washing position. The lifting apparatus may be operated manually, by foot or power operated. In the reversed position, the washed side is ready to be used and the underside can be washed. Drying/blowing apparatus supplies air, preferably heated, to dry the washed surface. Optionally, the system may be equipped with additional sanitizing devices (germicidal, ultraviolet lamps, lasers, microwave device, supersonic Generator or other type), to provide seating surface sanitizing. This invention provides simple and reliable solution to the sanitary problem of toilet seats. The system has few moving parts and allows easy, reliable and cost effective solution of the toilet seat cleanliness.

    • A deodorizing toilet seat assembly includes a seat, a pod housing a fan, a deodorizer, a sensor and a timer. A seat may be a heated seat. User seating activates the fan, and the timer may stop the fan a set time after the user rises from the seat. The deodorizer deodorizes air drawn by the fan, to which air fragrance and aroma may be added. Control or sensor signals may be electrical, optical, sonic, or other signals. Wiring may pass through a hinge connecting the pod and the seat or lid. Methods to deodorize air from a toilet include steps of providing an assembly with a seat, pod, fan, timer and deodorizer; activating a fan and a timer, contacting air with a deodorizer and optionally a fragrance or aroma dispenser, effective to improve the quality of the air and optionally provide fragrance or aroma to the air.
