摘要： A modesty panel includes a back cover adjacent the underside of the worksurface, a power strip or power bar having at least one electrical outlet, a cord system electrically connected to the power bar and an electrical power supply, the cord system including at least one cable. A cable management track is positioned adjacent the back cover. The track has a track sidewall that defines a cable entrance portion including a cable entrance opening, a cable storage portion extending from the cable entrance portion and including a cable exit opening, and a cable guide. The cord system extends through the entrance opening and the exit opening in the track, such that a length of the cord system is positioned within the cable management track, and wherein as the height adjustable table is moved to a lower position, the length of cord system within the track increases, with a portion of the cord system engaging the cable guide to route the cord system into the cable storage portion of the cable management track.

The screen is elongated, the front surface of the screen and the short edges of the screen extend vertically and the long edges of the screen extend horizontally. The frame can hold the screen at a height relative to the floor, the wall, the ceiling or the desk top. The height of the frame is adjustable relative to its base. The lower edge of the screen can extend higher than the height of the top front surface of an office desk with which the system is used. A computer display mount for holding at least one computer display. The frame holds the display mount at a height relative to the floor, the wall, the ceiling or the desk top. The frame can hold the display mount at a height relative to the base of the frame. The system can fix the relative height between the screen and the display mount while the height of the screen and the display is being adjusted.

The desk includes a desktop support having a receptacle and a removable desktop hingedly coupled to a slip rod; wherein the slip rod substantially corresponds to the receptacle and allows the desktop to be removably secured to the desktop support. The desktop can be made of a variety of materials including bullet-resistant glass, polycarbonates, polyurethane, fiberglass and resins and can include one or more handles on its underside. The improved worksurface generally includes a plurality of vertical openings disposed along at least a portion of the periphery of the worksurface, where the vertical openings are adapted to support removable and interchangeable accessories. The accessories can include shelving units, support stands, storage baskets, swivel arms, docking cradles, and display mounts, for example, each being positionable at multiple locations along the periphery of the worksurface. The vertical openings are optionally disposed within a recessed portion extending adjacent a rear edge of the worksurface. In use, a user can reposition the accessories as desired, providing enhanced flexibility and customization over existing constructions.
