摘要： A protective case protects a communication device and an item, such as credit cards and money. The protective case is fabricated from a material inhibiting moisture, providing buoyancy, and minimizing shock forces. The protective case comprises a first compartment for storage of the communication device and a second compartment for storage of the item. A lid having a seal inhibits passage of moisture in the compartments. A grip portion enhances grip of the protective case. A tethering portion enables tethering of the protective case to a user. A tether locking portion, slides along the tethering portion for length adjustment. An aperture aligns with a socket in the communication device receiving a cable carrying a signal to the communication device. A cap inhibits passage of moisture into the aperture. At least one opening in the protective case enables detachable attachment of the tethering portion and a fastener.

摘要： An arrangement for carrying or storing or transporting portable items for quick access by a user includes a magnetically assisted mechanical catch and carrying system which has a carrying unit with a cavity and a carried member with a protrusion that is received in the cavity. The carried member has a recess and the carrying unit has a movable latch that can be engaged into the recess for locking the carrier member in the cavity. Mutually magnetically attracting parts or materials are provided in or on the carrying unit and carried member for magnetically attracting the protrusion into the cavity. At least one or both of the latch and the protrusion are shaped to allow easy insertion of the protrusion into the cavity, or the latch may be manually pushed aside to allow insertion of the protrusion into the cavity.

The holder comprises a two-sided pouch having internal surfaces adorned with various article holders and supports, while the two sides align with one another and are securable along a zip fastener line of connection. When opened, the pouch sides are hingedly attached to allow a user to access and retrieve items, whereafter the zip fastener closure and an outer strap secure the pouch in a closed position. Disposed within the pouch interior surfaces are currency pouches, utility article retainers, writing tool holders, identification card holders, and other assorted supports. An internal security cover is further disposed within the pouch for shrouding one side of the pouch for added security.
