    • A disclosed powered drain unclogging device, system and method comprises a rotational power source and an attachment having a first end detachably coupled to the rotational power source and a second end comprising a plurality of protrusions disposed laterally from a tip thereof in a spiral tip pattern and a helical body pattern configured to drive the rotating tip into a drain and grab and retain debris therefrom. The disclosed method comprises driving the rotating tip into a drain based on an interaction of the spiral arrangement of the protrusions proximal the tip with an inside of the drain walls. The method further includes unclogging debris from the drain via a grabbing and retaining action of the debris by the sharp barbs of the attachment and the driving action thereof. The protrusions comprise bristles and barbs which sway and adjust to varying drain diameters. A splash guard protects the user.

    • An irrigation device and related methods involve the device having a container defining an interior space. The container has a perforated side wall portion, a solid top wall portion and a solid bottom wall portion such that water is dispensed from the device through the perforated side wall portion. An elongated neck has a first end and a second end and defines a conduit therebetween. The second end of the neck is coupled to the container and the neck extends upwardly from the container to the first end. A water inlet communicates with the conduit of the neck at the first end. In use, the container is buried underground and the water is delivered to the container through the water inlet and conduit of the neck.

    • The automatic watering device for plants is placed in the soil of a potted plant. A float is housed in an outer chamber. The float has a ferrous metal contact at each end, with and the chamber has magnets at each end. The chamber top has a water inlet. The upper end of the float has a shutoff valve. The lower end of the chamber has a calibrated orifice for water dispensing. A water supply is connected to the chamber inlet. The water eventually provides sufficient buoyancy to the float to release it from its lower magnet and rise for attachment to the upper magnet, thereby shutting off the water inflow. Water continues to seep from the lower orifice until the level drops within the chamber to a point sufficient to cause the float to to drop from its upper magnet, allowing the water to again flow into the chamber.

    • A water retention device is used in conjunction with a plant container. The water retention device comprises a resilient plate structure forming a central cover, a sidewall extending from a perimeter of the central cover, and a slot extending through the sidewall and a portion of the central cover. The sidewall engages an inner surface of the plant container and supports the central cover at a spaced distance above a growth medium. The resilient plate structure is manually configurable to open the slot for receiving a plant stem so that the plant stem extends through the central cover. Water may be supplied to the plant container using either a spray stake disposed under the central cover or using a trough formed in the central cover. Where a spray stake is used, the inner surfaces of the sidewall and central cover may include ribs that deflect water.
