    • An extrusion blow-molding method for plastic containers, for example, plastic bottles, is disclosed, wherein a one- or multi-layer plastic tube is extruded with a predetermined extrusion pressure through an annular gap, which is delimited by an extrusion die provided on an extrusion head and a axially adjustable mandrel and which can be adjusted with regard to the width thereof. The extruded plastic tube is introduced into a mold cavity of a blow-molding tool arrangement, blow-molded into a plastic container in accordance with the mold cavity by overpressure and then demolded. Additional plastic material is added in metered quantity to the extruded plastic tube at least in some regions in the direct vicinity of the mouth of the extrusion die. The additional plastic material is introduced through one or more discharge nozzles distributed across the circumference with a pressure that is higher than the extrusion pressure such that the plastic material is locally compressed and that, after passing the extrusion die, the plastic tube in the regions provided with the additional plastic material has a greater wall thickness than the remaining plastic tube.

    • The invention relates to a closure system constituted of a closure cap, preferably produced by plastic injection molding, and a container part that is provided with a mouth, likewise preferably produced from a plastic material. The closure cap can be screwed onto the container part and the system is provided with a tamper evidence mechanism that has to be actuated twice to be overcome. The aim of the invention is to improve said tamper evidence mechanism and its handling. For this purpose, the tamper evidence mechanism comprises an actuation tab having a twist-lock feature and being freely cut on the closure cap, and a counter-projection. Said counter-projection can be overcome by acting upon the actuation tab and is molded onto the container upstream of the counter-thread configured on the container part.

    • Process for producing plastic containers, including an extrusion blow molding machine, is disclosed. For example, in an extrusion blow molding process for plastic bottles, in which plastic tubing (T) which has been extruded from an extruder head in a definable cycle is placed in the mold cavity of a blow molding tool arrangement, the inserted plastic tubing is inflated via an infeed blow mandrel by overpressure according to the mold cavity and is then removed from the mold. The extruded plastic tubing (T) is inserted into a mold cavity which is composed of several blow mold cavities which are located axially under one another, two of the blow mold cavities at a time being arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another and connected on their mouth regions and an individual blow mold cavity being separated from the bottom section of the adjacent blow mold cavity by a land region and having a mouth on the outer surface of the blow molding tool arrangement. There is a number of guided blow mandrels corresponding to the number of pairs of blow mold cavities located mirror symmetrically to one another. The containers (B) which have been inflated according to the blow mold cavities are removed from the mold.
