A radio system has mobile stations, a radio base station, a packet function control apparatus, a node apparatus and an accounting server, performs user accounting according to an actual communication quality. At least one of the wireless base station, packet control function apparatus and node apparatus has a memory unit which stores a granted communication quality, the communication quality which can be provided and accounting data. Further, at least one of the wireless base station, packet control function apparatus and node apparatus has a control unit which measures the communication quality, and transmits a message when the present accounting differs from the accounting for the measured communication quality, and the accounting server has a control unit which performs accounting using the measured communication quality.

摘要： To prevent breakage of a membrane probe during a probe test using a probe card having the membrane probe, appearance of a main surface of a wafer as a test object is tested by an appearance tester 51, and results of bad appearance such as adhesion of a foreign substance to the main surface of the wafer and abnormality in shape of bump electrodes over the main surface of the wafer are collected as wafer map data according to arrangement of respective chips in a plane of the wafer, then the wafer map data are transmitted to a probe tester 53 via a server 52, and the probe tester 53 omits the probe test for chips in which bad appearance was detected, and concurrently performs the probe test to other chips in which bad appearance was not detected, based on the wafer map data.

Its starting means comprises a second inductor connected between a first end of a discharge lamp and the positive voltage side of a first capacitor; a second capacitor forming a resonance circuit together with the second inductor; a second switching element connected between the positive terminal of a DC power source and the second end of the lamp; a third switching element connected between the second end of the lamp and the negative voltage side of the first capacitor; and a starting control means that controls both switching elements. The starting control means alternately turns both switching elements on and off so as to contribute resonance voltage of the resonance circuit for starting of the lamp in case of the starting mode. According to the invention, noise from the starting means can be reduced.

摘要： The present invention relates to artificial leather composed of fiber entangled structure and elastomer, wherein it has excellent elasticity with the longitudinal elongation of 15% or more and elastic recovery ratio 80% or more. The artificial leather is manufactured by the steps of: integrating a fiber web and a shrinkable sheet; applying elastomer to the integrated sheet; subjecting the resulting sheet to a shrinking treatment, and then removing the shrinkable sheet. According to the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing artificial leather excellent in elasticity, particularly, in longitudinal elasticity which has not been achieved by a conventional artificial leather, without deterioration of surface appearance thereof.
