摘要： A manufacturing method of an optical disk in which information recording layers are formed onto a resin layer laminated on a substrate surface. The substrate surface is coated with the resin layer. The substrate and a stamper are arranged into a vacuum chamber so that the resin layer surface and the stamper surface with concave/convex portions face almost in parallel. The chamber is set into an almost vacuum state while holding the facing state of the substrate and the stamper. The chamber is changed from the almost vacuum state to an atmospheric pressure or higher. The substrate and the stamper are overlaid. The stamper is pressed by a differential pressure between the almost vacuum pressure and the atmospheric pressure or higher, thereby adhering the substrate and the stamper and transferring the concave/convex portions to the resin layer. The resin layer with the transferred concave/convex portions is hardened.

摘要： An object of the invention is to provide electrostatic discharge damage protection during manufacturing and to suppress power consumption as low as possible during ordinary use of the electronic device having been manufactured, with avoidance of the problem of electric corrosion. An electronic device 10 comprising an array of pixels 12 wherein row and column address lines 18, 20 for addressing each pixel 12 are arranged. Each address line is connected to a discharge line 30, 32 through a discharge circuit 38. The circuit allows the passage of charge between the address line and the first discharge line 30 when the address line is at a potential below that of the first discharge line, and allows the passage of charge between the address line and the second discharge line 32 when the address line is at a potential above that of the second discharge line. The discharge elements have a configuration in which the one is in an electrically floating state during ordinary operation of the electronic device, or a conductive path making conduction in order that leakage current of the discharge device occurring during ordinary operation of the electronic device can be used for the peripheral circuitry.

摘要： In a liquid pressure control system including a spool-type control valve mounted between a liquid pressure source and an actuator in such a manner that an output liquid pressure from the liquid pressure source is controlled in accordance with a thrust exhibited by a linear solenoid, a manually operated valve is disposed in a valve housing of the control valve to have an operational axis parallel to an axis of the linear solenoid. The manually operated valve is capable of blocking the communication between the actuator and the control valve and bringing the liquid pressure source into communication with the actuator to bypass the control valve. Thus, the supply of a liquid pressure to the actuator can be secured in any abnormality of the control valve, while enabling a reduction in size of the system in an axial direction of the control valve.
