摘要： Solubility, absorption, and permeability of drugs upon oral administration are improved when the drugs are mixed and/or complexed with water-miscible organic solvents. Illustratively, the absorption of a heparin-deoxycholic acid conjugate upon oral administration is increased by mixing and/or complexing this conjugate with dimethyl sulfoxide. Other illustrative water-miscible organic solvents include N-methylpyrrolidone, polyoxyl 35 castor oil, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, and benzoic acid.

摘要： The present invention relates to plasma display panel and manufacturing method thereof to simplify the manufacturing steps and reduce cost of production. In the present invention, a black layer formed between a transparent electrode and a bus electrode is formed together with a black matrix at the same time. In this case, the black layer is formed together with the black matrix in one. Cheap nonconductive oxide is used as a black powder of a black layer. Specifically, in case the black layer and the black matrix are formed in one, the bus electrode is shifted to a non-discharge area to improve the brightness of the plasma display panel.

摘要： A method for forming an isolation structure on a semiconductor substrate includes opening a portion of a pad oxide layer overlying the substrate using a process gas including an etchant gas and a polymer-forming gas. A portion of the substrate exposed by the opening step is etched to form a trench having a first slope and a second slope. 摘要： The present invention relates to an anti-frost evaporator pipe of a drawer type refrigerator for preventing frost from being formed on a ceiling portion of a storage chamber of the refrigerator. To achieve the aforementioned object of the present invention, there is provided an anti-frost evaporator pipe of a drawer type refrigerator including an inner case in which a storage chamber for accommodating a storage drawer container is defined and the storage drawer container is kept at a low temperature by means of the evaporator pipe for refrigerant circulation wrapped around the exterior of the inner case, the evaporator pipe comprising curved pipe portions positioned at both side surfaces of the inner case, and a straight pipe portion positioned at a top surface of the inner case and connected with the curved pipe portions.
