    • A wireless power supply device is adapted for providing electric power to an exterior electronic appliance. The wireless power supply includes a transmitting unit and a receiving unit. The transmitting unit includes a power unit for providing power to a voltage-controlled oscillator circuit and a signal amplification unit, the voltage-controlled oscillator circuit for receiving the power and then generating corresponding radio signals, the signal amplification unit for amplifying the radio signals generated by the voltage-controlled oscillator circuit and a transmitting antenna module for transmitting out the radio signals amplified by the signal amplification unit. The receiving unit includes a receiving antenna for wirelessly receiving the radio signals transmitted by the transmitting antenna module and then transforming the radio signals into electric power for being provided to the exterior electronic appliance.

The liquid crystal panel group includes three liquid crystal panels (171, 172, 173). Each of the liquid crystal panels includes a mounting frame (179) and a liquid crystal lens (178) attached to the mounting frame. The automatic dust-removing devices are attached to opposite sides of the mounting frames. Each of the automatic dust-removing devices includes a fastening element (161), two vibration elements (163) and an optical lens (164). The fastening element is attached to the mounting frame. The vibration elements and the optical lens are attached to the fastening element.

    • A simulating circuit for simulating the operation of a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) device having at least a free layer and a fixed layer is provided. The simulating circuit includes a closed switch loop for simulating the magnetization of the free layer and the fixed layer, thus for simulating the data recording, wherein the magnetization includes parallel state or anti-parallel state; a first write loop for simulating the first quadrant of the operation region of the MTJ device; a second write loop, a third write loop, and a fourth write loop for simulating the second quadrant, the third quadrant, and the fourth quadrant of the operation regions, respectively; a first resistor for simulating the wire resistance of the bit lines; a second resistor for simulating the wire resistance of the write word lines; and a third resistor for simulating the resistance of the magnetic MTJ device.

    • A magnetic memory cell, used in a magnetic memory device, includes a stacked magnetic pinned layer, serving as a part of the base structure. The stacked magnetic pinned stacked layer has a top pinned layer and a bottom pinned layer, between which there is a sufficient large magnetic coupling force to maintain magnetization of the top pinned layer on a reference direction. A tunnel barrier layer is disposed on the stacked magnetic pinned layer. A magnetic free stacked layer is disposed on the tunnel barrier layer. The magnetic free stacked layer includes a bottom free layer having a bottom magnetization and a top free layer having a top magnetization. When no assisted magnetic field is applied, the bottom magnetization is anti-parallel to the top magnetization and is perpendicular to the reference direction on the top pinned layer. A magnetic bias layer can be also disposed on the top free layer.
