摘要： A microphone unit comprises a microphone, leg members and a base. The microphone comprises a diaphragm for detecting sound and a housing for containing the diaphragm. The leg members project outwardly from a rear wall of the housing, and are provided near a second through-hole which connects a second inner space to outer space. The base is connected to the leg members to form a gap between the housing and the base. When the microphone unit thus formed in a simple structure and reduced thickness is mounted in a product, the gap allows the outer space to be connected to the second inner space through the second through-hole, making it possible to efficiently guide sound to the second inner space and obtain good differential characteristics.

The tubular lateral pipe lining material has a flexible tubular resin-absorbing material impregnated with an uncured curable liquid resin. The tubular resin-absorbing material has one end that is folded back. A flange member, over which the folded-back end of the tubular resin-absorbing material is pressed, is made of a thermoplastic resin. An adhesive is applied over the flange member and the folded-back end of the tubular-absorbing material to bond the tubular resin-absorbing material to the flange member.

摘要： A lateral pipe-lining method for lining a lateral pipe that intersects a main pipe. A lateral pipe-lining material has a tubular resin-absorbing material impregnated with a curable resin and has a flange formed at one end thereof. The flange is disposed on an expandable flange-pressing implement. The expandable flange-pressing implement is expanded using a heat medium that is supplied by a first fluid source and that heats the flange of the lateral pipe-lining material to bring the flange into contact with a periphery of a lateral pipe opening of the main pipe. The lateral pipe-lining material is inserted into the lateral pipe using a fluid from a second fluid source different from the first fluid source, and the curable resin impregnated in the tubular resin-absorbing material is cured to line the lateral pipe.
