    • A coupling with a built-in light source for use with a handpiece body is disclosed. The coupling has a body-side connecting part to be connected to a handpiece body, a hose-side connecting part to be connected to a hose for delivering fluids, the hose-side connecting part connecting to the proximal end of the body-side connecting part, fluid channels extending through the body-side and hose-side connecting parts for communicating fluid lines in the handpiece body with the hose, and a light source disposed in the body-side or hose-side connecting part. The light source is an LED lighting device including light-emitting means having an LED chip, and a circuit board electrically connected to the light-emitting means for controlling the voltage supplied to the LED chip. The circuit board is placed in the body-side or hose-side connecting part.

    • The image forming apparatus is provided with: an image carrier that carries an image; an intermediate transfer belt that is arranged as opposed to the image carrier, and that rotationally moves in a predetermined direction; a primary transfer member that is arranged as opposed to the image carrier through the intermediate transfer belt, and that primarily transfers the image on the image carrier to the intermediate transfer belt; a secondary transfer member that secondarily transfers the image on the intermediate transfer belt to a recording medium; first, second and third hanging members that hang the intermediate transfer belt; and a drive device that transmits drive force to the first and the second hanging members such that drive force by the second hanging member is larger than drive force by the first hanging member.

    • A display control apparatus for superimposing an object on a moving image composed of a plurality of frames and outputting the moving image with the object superimposed to a monitor, comprises: an acquiring unit configured to acquire a plurality of candidate regions as candidates for superimposing the object on each of the plurality of frames constituting the moving image; an analyzing unit configured to, in each of the plurality of candidate regions acquired by the acquiring unit, analyze each of the plurality of frames and acquire a parameter showing an importance of each of the plurality of frames in each of the plurality of candidate regions; a determining unit configured to determine a superimposing region for superimposing the object based on the parameters; and a superimposing unit configured to superimpose the object on the superimposing region determined by the determining unit.
