摘要： A display substrate includes a base substrate, a gate line, a gate insulation layer, a data line, a thin-film transistor (TFT) and a pixel electrode. The gate line is extended in a first direction on the base substrate. The gate insulation layer is formed on the base substrate to cover the gate line. The data line is extended in a second direction and intersects the gate line at an intersecting portion. At the intersecting portion, the data line is separated from the gate line by an air gap. In another embodiment, the data line also includes at least one etching hole extending to the air gap. The TFT is electrically connected to the data and the gate lines. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the TFT.

摘要： A gate line includes a first seed layer formed on a base substrate and a first metal layer formed on the first seed layer. A first insulation layer is formed on the base substrate. A second insulation layer is formed on the base substrate. Here, a line trench is formed through the second insulation layer in a direction crossing the gate line. A data line includes a second seed layer formed below the line trench and a second metal layer formed in the line trench. A pixel electrode is formed in a pixel area of the base substrate. Therefore, a trench of a predetermined depth is formed using an insulation layer and a metal layer is formed through a plating method, so that a metal line having a sufficient thickness may be formed.

摘要： A signal detection apparatus and method using a modified stack algorithm in a Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) system are provided. The signal detection method includes sorting signals received via antennas and channel coefficients for respective users in descending order, decomposing a channel matrix composed of the sorted channel coefficients into a unitary matrix and an upper-triangular matrix, determining the number of candidate symbol-sequences using the decomposed upper-triangular matrix, obtaining a signal vector for the antennas by using the sorted signals received via respective antennas and the unitary matrix, wherein the signal vector is proportional to the upper-triangular matrix, and detecting the determined number of candidate symbol-sequences by using a modified stack algorithm while expanding a stack structure for the obtained signal vector.

摘要： An apparatus and method for calibrating transmission paths in a multicarrier communication system using multiple antennas are provided. In the transmission path calibrating apparatus, a calibration processor generates reference signals to estimate distortions in phase and amplitude in transmission paths, allocates the generated reference signals to subcarriers which are different in each of the transmission paths, and calculates calibration vectors for the transmission paths using the generated reference signals and received reference signals received through the transmission paths. A baseband module IFFT-processes the generated reference signals allocated to the subcarriers and sends the IFFT signals in the transmission paths.

摘要： A microcontroller includes an electrically erasable and programmable nonvolatile memory and a memory controller for controlling the nonvolatile memory. Upon writing a control program for the microcontroller and data into the nonvolatile memory pursuant to an externally provided NVM command or an internally issued program command, a CPU of the microcontroller does not intervene in controlling the nonvolatile memory. Particularly, in a programming mode set by the external program command, CPU, buses, and communication interfaces of the microcontroller are deactivated. Further, the memory controller receives a NVM command, an address and data from outside of the microcontroller for controlling an operation of the nonvolatile memory based on the NVM command and the address without intervention of the CPU.
