摘要： An optical assembly includes a circuit board including an electrically conductive path formed by printed wiring technology, a photoelectric conversion element connected to the circuit board via the electrically conductive path, a resin member made of light transmissive synthetic resin and attached to the circuit board, and a shielding member made of metal. The resin member includes a sleeve into which a ferrule attached to an end of an optical fiber is inserted and integrally includes a lens through which an optical path passes. The optical path extends between the sleeve and the photoelectric conversion element. The shielding member is connected to the circuit board and arranged to cover the photoelectric conversion element. The shielding member includes a window through which the optical path extends to the photoelectric conversion element.

The control member synthesizes a predicted driving course image relating to the predicted driving course. The control member superposes the predicted driving course image at a corresponding position of the image. The control member displays on the display member the image where at least one image, on which an index is marked at least at one height position, is superposed at least on the predicted driving course image and onto a side of the predicted driving course image while the control member displays the superposed image on the display member.

The photodetector comprises first three light receiving areas arranged linearly to receive three light beams respectively resulting from splitting of a light beam emitted from a laser light source of a first wavelength and second three light receiving areas arranged linearly to receive three light beams respectively resulting from splitting of a light beam emitted from a laser light source of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength. The distance between both-end light receiving areas out of the first three light receiving areas is longer than the distance between both-end light receiving areas out of the second three light receiving areas.
