The content management system is stored in the memory and adapted to run on the processor of the server, and is adapted to provide a website, transmit a corresponding link to the computer, receive information from the computer relating to a QR code, and transmit data to the computer through the internet.     • An illumination device includes independent light sources and pivotable legs. In an embodiment, each independent light source includes a head having an illumination element; a body; a power source holder configured to receive a power source for powering the illumination element; a switch configured to control the independent light source; and an electrical circuit configured to place the independent light source and at least one other independent light source in an electrically coupled state. The switch may be configured to control an illumination state of both the independent light source and the at least one other independent light source when in the electrically coupled state. The illumination provided by the illumination device may be adjusted to different angles with respect to a longitudinal axis of the illumination device by rotating each of the plurality of pivotable heads. The pivotable legs are movable between a retracted configuration and an expanded configuration.

    • A system and a method are disclosed for adaptive probabilistic tracking of an object within a motion video. The method utilizes a time-varying Eigenbasis and dynamic, observation and inference models. The Eigenbasis serves as a model of the target object. The dynamic model represents the motion of the object and defines possible locations of the target based upon previous locations. The observation model provides a measure of the distance of an observation of the object relative to the current Eigenbasis. The inference model predicts the most likely location of the object based upon past and present observations. The method is effective with or without training samples. A computer-based system provides a means for implementing the method. The effectiveness of the system and method are demonstrated through simulation.
