摘要： An approach provides access to cloud services that are impractical or difficult to implement on end-user devices without a high level of programming skill and customization. The approach uses a first set of cloud services, referred to herein as Integrated Cloud Environment (ICE) cloud services, to access to a second set of cloud services, referred to herein as Smart Integration (SI) cloud services, on end-user devices. The ICE cloud services provide a user-friendly user interface for accessing the SI cloud services via an end-user device, implement the Application Program Interfaces (APIs) of the SI cloud services, and also manage results generated by the SI cloud services. The ICE cloud services also manage user information, authorization credentials and tokens needed to access third-party services. According to another embodiment, the SI cloud and the ICE cloud are integrated using direct linking, i.e., directly linking an end-user device to the SI cloud.

摘要： An approach provides sending captured Superbill image data and output data generated based on results of parsing the captured Superbill image data to an external system which manages Superbill data via a cloud system and a storage service. The cloud system creates parsing rule data for parsing a captured Superbill image in accordance with user operation at a client device. The cloud system obtains captured Superbill image data from the storage service, in response to receiving a notification indicating that the captured Superbill image data has been stored in the storage service. The cloud system parses the obtained image data based on the created parsing rule and generates output data based on results of parsing. The cloud system sends the generated output data and the obtained image data to the external system via the one or more computer networks.

摘要： A reference image of one or more objects is displayed on the display of a mobile device in a manner that allows a user of the mobile device to simultaneously view the reference image and a preview image of the one or more objects currently in a field of view of a camera of the mobile device. An indication is provided to the user of the mobile device whether the camera of the mobile device is currently located within a specified amount of a distance at which the reference image was acquired. In response to a user request, the camera acquires a second image of the one or more objects and optionally a distance between the camera and the one or more objects at the time the second image was acquired is recorded. An image management application provides various functionalities for accessing and managing image sequences.

摘要： According to approach for printing policy-enabled electronic documents, when a locked print module determines that an electronic document contained in the PDF print data is a policy-enabled electronic document, the locked print module causes the PDF print data to be stored on the printing device and not immediately processed for printing. A PDF-to-postscript conversion module generates and stores in a common data structure in the shared memory a request for security data for the PDF print data. A policy client module retrieves the request from the common data structure in the shared memory, obtains security data for the PDF print data from a policy server, and stores the security data in the common data structure in the shared memory. The PDF-to-postscript conversion module uses the security data to decrypt the PDF print data and then converts the decrypted PDF print data into postscript data for printing by the printing device.

A receipt image processing service selects from a repository a template that guides data capture of receipt data from a receipt image and presents the template to a user on an image capture device. A user previews the receipt image and the selected template. If the user decides that the template does not correctly indicate locations of data areas for data items in the receipt image, then the user either updates an existing template or creates a new template that correctly indicates the location of selected data areas in the receipt image. The selected template, the updated template, or the new template is then used to extract receipt data from the receipt image. The receipt data and receipt image data are then provided to the expense report system.

In one embodiment, the image capture device is augmented to capture in a single scan four images arranged in a 2×2 grid pattern, nine images arranged in a 3×3 grid pattern, twelve images arranged in a 3×4 grid pattern or sixteen images arranged in a 4×4 grid pattern. The image splitting module recognizes scans of the image capture device that include multiple images and splits the images for the proper processing by the rest of the system.
