    • Disclosed are an ink-jet head and a manufacturing method thereof. The ink-jet head, which has a reservoir storing ink, a chamber being supplied with the ink from the reservoir, a restrictor connecting the reservoir to the chamber, and a nozzle discharging the ink, includes: a chamber plate, in which the chamber is formed; a vibration plate, which is laminated on an upper surface of the chamber plate to cover the chamber and in which a first coil is placed; a first middle plate, which is laminated on a lower surface of the chamber plate and in which the restrictor is formed, and a second coil is placed; and a lower plate part, which is laminated on a lower surface of the first middle plate and in which the reservoir and the nozzle are formed.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of manufacturing metal nanoparticles, and more particularly to an apparatus including: a precursor supplying part which supplies a precursor solution of metal nanoparticles; a first heating part which is connected with the precursor supplying part, includes a reactor channel having a diameter of 1 to 50 mm, and is heated to the temperature range where any particle is not produced; a second heating part which is connected with the first heating part, includes a reactor channel having a diameter of 1 to 50 mm, and is heated to the temperature range where particles are produced; and a cooler which is connected with the second heating part and collects and cools metal nanoparticles produced at the second heating part which allows continuous mass production of metal nanoparticles.

    • An ink-jet head is disclosed. The ink-jet head can include: a channel for holding ink, a nozzle connected with the channel, a pressurizing unit configured to apply pressure to the ink so as to eject the ink, a partition coupled to one side of the channel so as to block the channel, and an actuator configured to deform one side of the channel so as to open the channel. While pressure is applied to the ink, this pressure can be turned on and off, to provide pressure pulses for ejecting the ink. As such, with this arrangement, the ejection properties of the ink-jet head can be adjusted to various settings.
