    • A dual belt conveyor having a pair of long plates provided with a plurality of edge rollers brought into contact with both lateral belt edges. The long plates are arranged against both lateral belt edges of two superimposed conveyor belts, along the direction of belt travel in the vertical part, so that both long plates are opposite each other. Two link plates are rotatably attached to the long plates on one side of each link plate, and connected with each other through a central pin on the other side of each link plate. A pair of the long plates are engaged with each other through the two link plates in at least three points. The central pins are rotatably attached to an apparatus frame in at least two points. An adjusting member provided on the apparatus frame is connected with one of the central pins at the remaining point.

    • The present invention is concerned with an automatic speed changing apparatus preferably employable for a wheel loader. The subject of the present invention is to assure that no shift-down is carried out even when braking is effected and thereby a vehicle speed is reduced when the wheel loader approaches a dump truck (operation IV) during running of the wheel loader, e.g., along V-shaped tracks as shown in FIG. 4, whereby an operation can smoothly be performed without an occurrence of falling-down of load placed on the wheel loader while preventing an operator from feeling unpleasant. To accomplish the foregoing subject, the apparatus of the present invention is constructed such that determination as to whether or not the wheel loader is approaching the dump truck (operation IV) is made based on the determination as to whether or not lift arms (1a) are raised up to perform a loading operation, and if it is found that the foregoing determination is correct, the current speed stage is maintained. In detail, the apparatus is provided with a lift arm position sensor (8) for detecting the raised position of the lift arms (1a) so that a threshold value is preset for the apparatus so as to determine whether the lift arms (1a) are raised up or not. Further, the apparatus is provided with a controller (10) which selects a certain speed stage corresponding to the current speed, if it is found that the raised position of the lift arms (1a) is in excess of the threshold value. Consequently, the present invention is applicable mainly to an automatic speed changing apparatus for a wheel loader.

    • A load weight measuring system mounted on a construction machine which, in order to prevent overload, subtracts the weight (Wn) of load that is really loaded relative to the predetermined weight (W.sub.o) of load, to display a residual weight (W'n) that can be loaded for each loading operation.     • Paint spray guns are cleaned in respective cleaning tanks. In each of the cleaning tanks, a cleaning fluid is ejected to the nozzle end of the paint spray gun by a plurality of cleaning guns disposed in the cleaning tank. The paint spray guns and the cleaning tanks are relatively movable so that the cleaning tanks are retracted away when the paint spray guns spray a paint coat over a desired object such as a vehicle body. Each of the cleaning tanks includes two flexible cover members having holes for inserting the paint spray gun therethrough. The cover members and the inserted paint spray gun close a cleaning chamber defined in the cleaning tank to prevent the cleaning fluid from leaking out. Each cleaning tank comprises a base plate and a casing detachably mounted on the base plate and defining the cleaning chamber. Nozzles or an annular pipe is mounted on and outside of each cleaning tank for ejecting air under pressure to the paint spray gun which has been displaced out of the cleaning tank, thereby to dry any remaining cleaning solution on the paint spray gun. Pipes for supplying paint to the paint spray guns are also cleaned by air under pressure and a solvent which are introduced into the pipes to produce air bubbles for removing paint deposits from within the pipes.
