    • A frequency-locked clock generator includes a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), a frequency-to-current converter, a reference current source and a gain stage. The VCO generates an output signal. The frequency-to-current converter generates a converter current proportional to a frequency of the output signal. The reference current source generates a reference current. The gain stage generates a control signal based on a difference between the converter current and the reference current. The control signal is applied to the VCO to adjust the frequency of the output signal. Feedback forces the VCO to generate an output clock signal such that the corresponding current it produces (i.e., the converter current) is equal to the reference current. When in lock, the frequency of the output signal is determined by a time constant (or equivalent time constant) of the frequency-locked clock generator.

    • The present invention discloses a reversible plate positioning device for a stationary radiation imaging trailer system, comprising a left platform (7-1) and a right platform (7-2) that can be connected with a trailing part (4) of a trailer frame and ground locking part (12), the left platform (7-1) and right platform (7-2) provided with slopes (1) for the uploading of a vehicle to be detected respectively at the front ends and with positioning recesses (9) at the middle of an upper surface, each positioning recess (9) being provided with a wheel-locking device (2), wherein, each wheel-locking device (2) comprises of a pivotable crank plate (10) that is hinged to the positioning recess (9) and can rotates about the pivot axis thereof, a chain (15) connected with the crank plate (10), a pull-rod (14) connected with the chain (15), and a fixing sleeve (6) corresponding to the pull-rod (14), in which a spring (13) is provided in the fixing sleeve (6), and when the vehicle to be detected is located in the positioning recesses (9), each crank plate (10) rotates around the pivot axis thereof under the elastic force of the spring (13) so that the crank plate (10) is tilted at the front of each positioning recesses (9), and thus the wheels are locked in the positioning recesses (9), a carrier rod (5) biasing the spring (13) is respectively provided at the end of each fixing sleeves (6), when the trailer is arrived, the carrier rods (5) bias the springs (13) under external force, so that each crank plates (10) slacks under the function of the pull-rod (14). By the aforementioned device, the vehicle to be detected can be stably driven out of the trailer platforms, avoiding the impact to the vehicle to be detected and the trailer during downloading.

    • The present invention discloses a scanning arm and a train inspection system by imaging through radiation having the scanning arm. The train inspection system by imaging through radiation comprises a scanning arm, a detector bracket with detector arrays mounted thereon, a radiation source, a calibration device, a front collimator and a rear collimator. The scanning arm includes a rigid middle inclining section; an upper horizontal section and a lower horizontal section which are located at upper and lower ends of the rigid middle inclining section respectively and supported on a construction base; and vibration damping elements arranged between the upper horizontal section and the construction base, and between the lower horizontal section and the construction base. The detector bracket is fixedly connected with said upper horizontal section. The radiation source is suspended from the lower horizontal section by a supporting abutment. The calibration device is fixed on the horizontal ground and faces x-ray emitted from the radiation source. The front collimator is suspended from the middle inclining section, and the calibration device is located between the front collimator and the radiation source. The rear collimator is suspended from the middle inclining section, and the front collimator is located between the calibration device and the rear collimator. The sector-shaped x-ray emitted from the radiation source penetrate through the calibration device, the front collimator, the rear collimator and the train to be inspected sequentially so as to be received by the detector array provided on the detector bracket. Compared with the prior arts, the train inspection system by imaging through radiation of the present invention is advantageous in reasonable designing, good adaptation, reliable construction, stable imaging and reduced occupied area. Accordingly, the train inspection system by imaging through radiation of the present invention is advantageously applicable to inspection of trains for the customs.

    • A charge pump circuit includes a charge pump having an output voltage. A replica circuit actively matches up and down currents in the charge pump. A charge pump bias current transistor biases the charge pump. The charge pump includes four switches driven by differential UP and DOWN signals. The charge pump includes a first tail current source connected between a supply voltage and two of the four switches that are driven by the differential UP signal, and a second tail current source connected between a supply voltage and two of the four switches that are driven by the differential DOWN signal. The charge pump includes an operational amplifier whose output is connected to an output of one of the tail current sources. A dump capacitor is connected to a negative input of the operational amplifier. The replica circuit includes four transistors, two of which match the first and second tail current sources, and the other two match the switches driven by the differential UP and DOWN signals. The replica circuit includes a second operational amplifier that matches the charge up and down current for varied output voltage. A low pass filter is at the output voltage and includes a resistor-capacitor network.

    • The invention provides a transgene construct, containing a nucleic acid encoding a photoreceptor specific regulatory sequence, a membrane-associated polypeptide, and a photoreceptor outer segment targeting signal. For example, the invention pro-vides a transgene construct, containing a nucleic acid encoding a rhodopsin promoter, a membrane-associated polypeptide, and a rod outer segment (ROS) targeting signal. In addition, the invention provides a gene targeting construct containing a transgene encoding a polypeptide that contains a rod outer segment (ROS) targeting signal. The transgene is flanked by 5′ and 3′ DNA sequences that are homologous to the rhodopsin gene. Homologous recombination between the construct and a rhodopsin gene results in operable association between the transgene and a rod-specific regulatory sequence. The invention also provides cells and animals whose genome contain a functional disruption of one or both endogenous rhodopsin gene alleles, and a transgene encoding a polypeptide that contains a ROS targeting signal operably associated with a rod-specific regulatory sequence. The invention constructs, cell and animals can be used to isolate transgenic polypeptides from the ROS membrane.
