摘要： Disclosed are a synthetic resin composition for use as building materials such as window frames, as well as a product manufactured using the same. More particularly, the synthetic resin composition comprises a tetrapolymer of acrylic rubber-styrene monomer-butadiene rubber-vinyl cyanide monomer and a styrene-vinyl cyanide copolymer having a high molecular weight and a high degree of dispersion. Unlike products manufactured using prior polyvinyl chloride (PVC), building material such as window frames manufactured using the synthetic resin composition are recyclable, and thus can contribute to a reduction in the generation of hormone-disrupting chemical dioxin, which is released in the burning thereof. Also, the resin composition can be manufactured into products having excellent properties of weather resistance and colorability without using environmental pollutants such as cadmium stearate or lead stearate, which are used as thermal stabilizers.

摘要： A display apparatus comprises a first thin film transistor (TFT) and a second TFT which are disposed in a display area. A first signal transmission line is disposed in a peripheral area surrounding the display area and is electrically connected to the first TFT. A second signal transmission line adjacent to the first signal transmission line is electrically connected to the second TFT. In a first portion of the peripheral area, the first signal transmission line is parallel to the second signal transmission line and is spaced by a first gap from the second signal transmission line. In a second portion of the peripheral area, the first signal transmission line is parallel to the second signal transmission line and is spaced by a second gap from and the second signal transmission line. The second gap is greater than the first gap. Other features are also provided.

摘要： In a stereoscopic image conversion panel for enhancing display quality and a stereoscopic image display apparatus having the panel, the stereoscopic display panel includes lower and upper transparent substrates, lower and upper transparent electrodes, and a liquid crystal lens layer. The lower and upper transparent substrates face each other. The lower transparent electrodes are disposed on the lower transparent substrate, formed along a first direction, and formed substantially in parallel with each other along a second direction. The upper transparent electrodes are disposed on the upper transparent substrate, formed along the second direction, and formed substantially in parallel with each other along the first direction. The liquid crystal lens layer is disposed between the upper and lower transparent substrates, and a longitudinal arrangement direction of liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal lens layer is changed by an electric field to have a predetermined refractive index. Therefore, a refracted incident light produces a stereoscopic image for enhancing display quality.

摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a backlight assembly. The first substrate includes a display part and a sensor part. The sensor part is disposed in a peripheral area of the display part and senses external light. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The backlight assembly is disposed adjacent to the second substrate to expose the first substrate and to provide light. A light detecting function of the sensor part may be increased, so that the backlight may be used effectively and the power consumption of the display apparatus may be reduced.
