摘要： An adjustable wrench includes a handle, a head connected to the handle and including a fixed jaw formed thereon and a movable jaw mounted thereon, an adjusting screw rotatably mounted in a web area between the handle and the head for moving the movable jaw relative to the fixed jaw, and a clearance retaining device having an end releasably engaged with the adjusting screw. The clearance retaining device is normally in a first free position not engaged with the adjusting screw. When the clearance retaining device is moved to a second retained position for fine adjustment, the adjusting screw is rotated through a pre-determined angle such that the movable jaw is slightly moved away from the fixed jaw for a pre-determined distance. The clearance retaining device is retained in the second retained position by the adjusting screw after such fine adjustment.

摘要： A hex wrench is provided for driving a screw having a screw head with a counterbore defined therein. The hex wrench is L-shaped and includes a longer section and a shorter section. The longer section includes a neck defined therein, thereby forming a distal driving end with an end face. The neck includes an end edge that faces the driving end. A distance between the end edge of the neck and the end face of the driving end is smaller than a radius of the screw to be driven. The end edge of the neck bears against the screw head when the driving end is received in the counterbore of the screw head in a slanted manner for driving the screw. A portion of the longer section above the neck is engaged with the counterbore of the screw head when the driving end is received in the counterbore in an upright manner.

摘要： A quick detachable and adjustable magnetic seat for sleeve includes a magnetic device and a detachable positioning device. The magnetic device includes a first end and a second end. The first end is magnetic. 摘要： An open end wrench includes a body having a jaw portion for holding a workpiece. The jaw portion includes an arcuate sliding groove, an expanding groove, and a slider movable relative to the arcuate sliding groove along an arcuate path. The jaw includes a first jaw having a force-applying face and an evasive portion adjacent to the force-applying face. When the jaw portion deforms elastically while wrenching the workpiece, the expanding groove increases the expanding effect within an elastic limit of the jaw portion, such that a corner between the force-receiving face in a first rotating direction and a sixth force-receiving face in a second rotating direction can move across the force-applying face into the evasive portion, avoiding damage to the slider and the first jaw resulting from failure in withstanding the reactive force from the workpiece. Thus, the open end wrench has high toughness and a long service life.
