摘要： A steering gear for a steering system of a motor vehicle includes a casing, a toothed gear, a pinion that meshes with the toothed gear, and a pinion shaft that comprises the pinion. The pinion shaft is mounted in a fixed bearing which comprises a rotary bearing in which the pinion shaft is received and which is received in a plastic bearing sleeve. The fixed bearing includes a pivot ring, which has outer and inner rings that are pivotably connected via one or more torsion webs. The torsion webs each extend through an opening in the bearing sleeve. The opening is defined by delimiting surfaces in which at least one of those delimiting surfaces is configured to prevent mechanical overloading of the plastic in the region of said delimiting surfaces as a result of contact with the torsion webs that are functionally deformed during the operation of the steering gear.

摘要： A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift control circuit operates a shift actuator using a first opposing pulse command and a first actuating pulse command, and releases pressure with shift actuating and opposing volumes of the shift actuator upon determining a shift completion event.

摘要： A fixing structure for an auxiliary bearing of an electric drive assembly and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. The fixing structure comprises a bearing pressing plate, a bolt, a lock nut, an auxiliary bearing outer ring and an auxiliary bearing inner ring. The bearing pressing plate is provided with a through hole, the housing is provided with a threaded hole, and the bolt passes through the through hole and is fixed in the threaded hole. The bearing pressing plate pre-tightens one side of the auxiliary bearing outer ring, and the housing limits a position of the other side of the auxiliary bearing outer ring. The lock nut is sleeved on the shaft to pre-tighten one side of the auxiliary bearing inner ring, and the gear limits a position of the other side of the auxiliary bearing inner ring. The bearing fixing solution has a simple structure; moreover, the inner and outer rings of the bearing are pre-tightened by threads, thereby avoiding over-positioning of the bearing, reducing the running noise of the bearing, and improving the service life of bearing.

The pivoting mobility of the pinion shaft guided by a fixed bearing, on the other side of the pinion, is limited by a stop between the stop element and a wall of the receiving space. The stop element and the receiving space are configured such that, only in the event of such a stop, pivoting mobility of the pinion shaft is blocked about an axis oriented perpendicular to the pivot axis.

The stator (S) of the electric motor is at least partially surrounded by a plastic mass (K), where the stator (S) is attached to the housing (G) via the plastic mass (K).
