摘要： A power circuit including a switching circuit and a soft start control circuit is provided. A first terminal of the switching circuit is configured to receive an input voltage. A control terminal of the switching circuit receives a control signal. A second terminal of the switching circuit is configured to provide an output voltage. The soft start control circuit generates the control signal according to the output voltage and a first reference voltage to control a turn-on state of the switching circuit. The soft start control circuit switches a slope of the control signal from a first slope to a second slope after the switching circuit is turned on and when a voltage value of the control signal is equal to a second reference voltage, wherein the first slope is less than the second slope to reduce an inrush current at the time when the switching circuit is turned on.

摘要： A power supply apparatus including a protection circuit and a power conversion circuit is provided. The protection circuit includes a control circuit, an auxiliary capacitor, and a switching circuit. The control circuit receives an AC voltage from an AC power source and generates a pulsating voltage and a control signal accordingly. The auxiliary capacitor receives the pulsating voltage and provides a first voltage accordingly. The switching circuit is coupled to the auxiliary capacitor to receive the first voltage and coupled to the control circuit to receive the control signal. The switching circuit transmits the first voltage to the power conversion circuit in response to the control signal. The power conversion circuit converts the first voltage to an output voltage. When the switching circuit is switched to an on state in response to the control signal, the auxiliary capacitor reduces an input inrush current from the AC power source.

The driver circuit includes a switch that is selectively activated in response to outputs from the first and second comparator sets to clamp the voltage across the output terminals of the driver circuit. The clamp operation is made in response to feedback input to either of the first and second comparator sets having exceeded a certain reference.

摘要： A fault current limiter, including: two inductors, a direct current circuit breaker, a shunt resistor, a first fixed resistor, and metal oxide arresters. The two inductors include wound superconducting wires. The inductors have identical number of windings and identical structure. Magnetic fluxes of the inductors are forward coupled, and the inductors are connected in parallel to form a superconducting inductor structure. The direct current circuit breaker and the superconducting inductor structure are connected in series to form a series branch. The shunt resistor is connected in parallel to the series branch. The first fixed resistor is connected in parallel to the direct current circuit breaker. The metal oxide arresters are two in number, and are connected to two ends of the inductors in parallel.
