摘要： A solar spectrum-like LED structure, comprising a negative electrode for a three-dimensional integrated package, and a plurality of LED chips and resistors. The negative electrode for a three-dimensional integrated package is a three-dimensional structure comprising a plurality of planes. The plurality of LED chips is installed on the plurality of planes of the negative electrode for the three-dimensional integrated package. Light of different colors emitted by the plurality of LED chips forms a plane light source or a cone light source after being well mixed at an intersection point, thus simulating a solar spectrum. The invention enables manufacturing of a solar spectrum-like LED fluorescent lamp suitable for generating different bands of spectrums for the survival and metabolism of various organisms. In addition, the solar spectrum-like LED fluorescent lamp has a good color-rendering property and visual effect, and can be widely applied in the fields of general lighting, agriculture, animal husbandry and new biological energy sources.

Blue light is provided at large angles to the normal, for example using a filter arrangement (54, 56) over the collimator which is adapted to filter light from the collimator at relatively large angles to the normal. The filter arrangement does not filter light from the collimator at relatively small angles to the normal. Thus, the module provides white task light in a normal direction and blue ambient light at steep angles. The overall system can be compact and light efficient.

The wall is interposed between the light input window and the part of the light exit window. The wall encloses the light transmitting channel. At least a part of the wall is reflective and/or transmissive in a predefined spectral range to obtain a blue light emission at relatively large light emission angles with respect to a normal to the part of the light exit window.
