摘要： An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the substrate, a counter electrode formed to cover all of the plurality of pixel electrodes, organic light emitting layers disposed between the plurality of pixel electrodes and the counter electrode, an encapsulation substrate disposed above the substrate to cover the counter electrode, a sealant formed along edges of the substrate and the encapsulation substrate to seal a space formed between the substrate and the encapsulation substrate, a filler filled in the space formed between the substrate and the encapsulation substrate, and bus electrodes disposed on an inner surface of the encapsulation substrate facing the counter electrode. Each of the bus electrodes includes projecting portions and a base portion connecting the projecting portions to each other. The projecting portions are connected to the counter electrode, and a connection portion of the each of the projecting portions to the counter electrode is disposed between the organic light-emitting layers.

摘要： An organic LED display apparatus comprises a substrate and an upper cover. The substrate comprises a display area, a plurality of inner leads and a plurality of outer leads. The upper cover overlays the display area and the plurality of inner leads, and is hermetically combined with the substrate by means of an encapsulating material. The plurality of outer leads is covered with an insulating material that is laid on the outer leads immediately after they are formed on the substrate. Therefore, the plurality of outer leads can be protected from scratches and damage.

The alloy improves adhesion to the SiO2, avoids agglomeration of the Ag, reduces or eliminates diffusion at the SiO2 surface, reduces electromigration and presents a passive exterior surface.

摘要： An image display element includes: a front panel; a back panel opposite to the front panel; a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix between both the panels, and to be selected to be in a display or non-display state; and plural electrodes for controlling the pixels. Both the panels are bonded together with the pixels and the electrodes interposed therebetween, and the electrodes are connected to a driving control circuit via metal wires. The back panel is divided such that electrode terminals connected to the electrodes are exposed between adjacent plural pixel lines, and a groove part having a shape wider at the top on the back side of the opposing surface from the front panel than at the bottom is formed at the divided portion. The metal wires are connected to the exposed electrode terminals of the groove part.
