摘要： The present invention provides a stable fuel composition that can be used as a drop-in replacement for number 2 fuel oil without requiring infrastructure changes. The fuel comprises a continuous phase of mostly biofuel, an aqueous disperse phase, and at least one emulsifier. The continuous phase contains about 50 wt % to about 95 wt % of at least one liquid vegetable or liquid animal oil/fat or mixtures thereof; about 1 wt % to about 20 wt % of a renewable or fossil fuel derived thinning solvent or mixtures thereof, with or without 1 wt % to about 25 wt % of a C1-C4 monohydric alcohols, and with or without about 1 wt % to about 30 wt % of petroleum middle distillate. The aqueous phase contains about 1 wt % to about 50 wt % of deionized/purified water, with or without 1 wt % to about 25 wt % of a C1-C4 monohydric alcohols.

摘要： Provided are a modified solid fuel manufacturing method that reduces manufacturing costs and environmental impact while also realizing higher strength such as for transport, and modified solid fuels manufactured using the manufacturing method. When solid fuels are manufactured by crushing low grade coal, mixing the crushed low grade coal with solvent oil to prepare a slurry, heating the slurry to at least the boiling point of water to evaporate moisture included in the slurry, separating the solvent oil from the slurry to produce charcoal dust and compression compacting said charcoal dust, by heating the slurry to at least the boiling point of water, the non-volatile components included in the low grade coal are extracted with the solvent oil, the outer surface of the low grade coal and the internal surfaces of the pores are coated with the extracted non-volatile components, and the content of heavy oil added from the outside will be less than 0.5 mass %, and preferably essentially 0%, relative to the solid fuel after drying.

摘要： A method of enhancing fuel combustion using a specific catalyst composition with a preselected type of fuel. Upon blending the catalyst with the fuel a mixture is formed where a hydrocarbon structure of the fuel is relaxed by opening up and spreading/spacing out to allow more available oxygen to reach and react with the fuel on a molecular level. The relaxing of the hydrocarbon structure, upon combustion, reduces harmful emissions, burns fuel more efficiently, improves horsepower and torque performance, and improves fuel economy.
