摘要： A method for manufacturing the high strength steel sheet having excellent formability includes hot-rolling a steel slab having a chemical composition containing, by mass %, C: 0.03% or more and 0.35% or less, Si: 0.5% or more and 3.0% or less, Mn: 3.5% or more and 10.0% or less, P: 0.1% or less, S: 0.01% or less, N: 0.008% or less and the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, coiling the hot-rolled steel sheet at a temperature range of the Ar1 transformation point to the Ar1 transformation point+(the Ar3 transformation point−the Ar1 transformation point)/2, cooling the coiled steel sheet down to 200° C. or lower, heating and holding the cooled steel sheet at a temperature range of the Ac1 transformation point−200° C. to the Ac1 transformation point for 30 minutes or more, pickling the heated steel sheet, cold-rolling the pickled steel sheet under the condition that the rolling reduction is 20% or more, and heating and holding the cold-rolled steel sheet at a temperature range of the Ac1 transformation point to the Ac1 transformation point+(the Ac3 transformation point−the Ac1 transformation point)/2 for 30 seconds or more.

摘要： There is described a method for applying a coolant to a rolled product and/or to at least one cylinder of a roll stand provided with a rolling gap. During the method the following steps can occur: determining a total cooling rate applicable according to the effective power in the rolling gap, determining the cooling rate for several areas according to a flatness distribution determined b a flatness measuring system, wherein the difference in the cooling rate is determined by comparing the totality of the thus determined cooling rates with a predetermined total cooling rate and is used for determining the components of an additional cooling rate for the areas taking into account the top and lower limits of the cooling rate thereof. Said procedure is repeated in such a way that the coolant differences remain above a predefinable value.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing hot strips (18) from a deformable lightweight steel which is especially suitable for cold deep drawing and includes as main elements Fe, Mn, Si and Al, and which has a high tensile strength and TRIP and/or TWIP properties. Melt is cast close to its final dimension in a horizontal continuous strip casting installation (1) under a protective gas in order to form a pre-strip between 6 and 20 mm, and the temperature of the pre-strip is adjusted after complete solidification and before the beginning of a hot-rolling process. According to the invention, the pre-strip is passed through a device (10) under a protective gas for homogenization in concert with a selective maintenance of the temperature, cooling or heating, and subsequently subjected to a hot-rolling process having at least one pass with a total degree of deformation of at least 50%, and is then reeled as a hot strip following the cooling process. The hot-rolling process is carried out in in-line or in a decoupled manner in dependence on the ratio of casting speed to rolling speed.
